The space
Kitchen (1st floor of unit)- Full, Open Concept, with 2 large windows, new cabinets fully stocked (dishes, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses), new gas range, granite countertop, 2-in-1 coffeemaker/Keurig, toaster, knife set, cooking utensils, microwave, and flatware. Table set for 4.

Living Room (1st floor of unit)- Full, Open Concept, 2 large windows, complete with loveseat and sofa, 55" smart TV on console, large coffee table. Fully stocked closet: hangers, laundry basket, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum, mop, bucket, dustpan and brush, and broom. Spare light bulb.

Bathroom (1st floor of unit)- Tub and shower, shower curtain, toilet brush, plunger, towels, wash cloths, men's/women's toiletries, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, shaving cream, hair spray, makeup remover, razors, deodorants, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and mouthwash.

1st Floor Bedroom (of unit)- 2 large windows, twin bed with bedding, dresser, end table, and lamp. Extra sheets in living room closet.
