Fantastic spot so close to downtown. So many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Clean and well maintained with everything you need for your stay. We get to Glenwood nearly yearly and will definitely book Kenny’s place again!

Good looking home, very clean and new feeling, very comfortable, loved the fire pit area, garage was nice for storing our bikes, plenty of room in kitchen .. we were five adults (seniors) up from the front range (Denver) doing some mountain trail biking in the area, used 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms all worked out great

Check-in was easy. The location was great, near the grocery store, blocks away from Doc Holliday’s Grave Trailhead, and a short drive to restaurants and town activities. The house and rooms were fantastic, with lots of space for everyone. The bedroom fans and personal care products in the showers were nice. Kitchen items were clean and well stocked. We recommend this house and would stay again!

We booked this property mainly for its great location and the game room, which was a big draw for our family. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with its condition. The air hockey table is very worn — the fan turns on but doesn’t produce air, the buttons don’t work, and the ends are so damaged that pucks constantly get stuck. The foosball table is also worn, with one of the blue players missing its legs. The kids tried to play but quickly lost interest. For the cost of the rental, we expected better upkeep or at least accurate, updated photos.Another concern is that the listing doesn’t disclose someone lives above the garage you’re allowed to park in. There’s a keycode-locked door in the upstairs hallway that likely connects to that space. This was only mentioned in the check-in instructions—well after the cancellation window. The lack of transparency made us uncomfortable. It also felt awkward, as we saw the residents upon arrival and weren’t sure how much privacy we actually had. We felt hesitant to use the garage, spend time outside, or even make normal household noise.A TV on the main floor would also be helpful, as not everyone wanted to hang out in the basement. On a positive note, the host was responsive, toiletries were well-stocked, and the location was convenient. That said, we would not have booked knowing a private residence was connected to the garage or that the game room was so worn. I tried to upload photos, but the app wouldn’t allow it.

Great family accomodations

We stayed at the Bennett House in January, 2025. There were enough beds for seven people very comfortably and lots of room for meals and entertainment. We really enjoyed the movie room and game room - lots of rousing air hockey and foosball action! We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great Stay!

Had a get together with some friends at the house and the basement was ideal! Had all the games and had two nice large TVs that we were able to watch and play on! Walking distance to main street and downtown and the property was nice and clean! Great location and great amenities. Would and will stay again!

Great House for Large Family

This is a great house for large families with kids! It’s close to town, walking distance to the hot springs, and plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean, quiet, plenty of parking, and spacious. We will definitely be coming back!

Convenient and comfortable getaway in Glenwood Springs

Great house with many comfortable amenities. We stayed here for a wedding and really liked the property. It is walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. Easy parking and nearby many area attractions. Will book again if we come back to this area.

Perfect house in the perfect location!

Bennett House was the perfect house in the perfect location for our group of 13! There was more than enough room to spread out and have personal space while the communal areas were large enough that we could easily come together for meals and lots of laughs. The location makes for a very easy walk to all that downtown has to offer. The kitchen was well-stocked and very clean. The little had a blast playing in the tree house. The Bennett’s were excellent hosts. They were very accessible and very quick to respond. Can’t recommend Bennett Hoise highly enough!
