We loved the Treehouse! It offered every convenience and warm hospitality. The hosts provided a complimentary convenience inventory that would rival most homes. Dishes, pots, pans and towels were plentiful and easy to find. There were even warm bath robes. Our stay was terrific.

Beautiful location! Glenwood is always a favorite place for us to stay with our family. This home is easy access to all of our favorite spots.

Overall we had a great time in Colorado. The hot tub needs maintenance attention so it works properly. Washer inside main house leaks and needs attention as the floors underneath show long term water damages. The stove inside the main house you'll notice the left side doesn't work as well as the right. Also be sure to be ready to leave an hour before check-out as the cleaning folks will show up before you even start packing your car up. Messed up the last bit of our morning.

We had the most amazing stay at this property while celebrating my husband’s birthday with our friends and family. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself was absolutely beautiful every space was thoughtfully designed, stylish, and so well put together. It had such a warm, inviting feel while still being elegant and picture perfect. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up for a group gathering it truly felt like a home away from home. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for us to spend quality time together without ever feeling crowded. We especially loved how peaceful and scenic everything was it really added something special to the whole experience. Every detail was intentional, and you could tell a lot of care went into creating such a gorgeous space.This trip created memories we’ll never forget, and this property played a huge part in that. We’re so grateful we found this place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and unforgettable place to celebrate something meaningful!

Host was welcoming and communicative. Location is great. Fully stocked kitchen and a convenience pantry. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Glenwood springs. Large kitchen and many options for sleeping. Fireplace didn’t work and hot tub was not turned on for us before arrival so we had to wait until the 3rd day to use it. This is a newer listing and they were very open to feedback so hopefully some of the kinks are worked out after us. Ask the host to turn on hot tub if you plan to use it right away so it’s warm for your arrival.

Location was nice enough, but house was not the most well stocked compared to most short-term rentals we’ve stayed at. Just FYI, if it’s a rainy day, the TV doesn’t really work or connect to devices at all. They also send you a separate rental agreement outside of VRBO that you HAVE to sign. They emailed us every day asking us to sign starting several weeks in advance. We continued to receive email requests even after we signed (about 2 weeks before we arrived). Finally, we forwarded the receipt of signature and our signed copy, but we continued to get daily email requests, which it continued up until several days after we checked out. Finally, this is a personal pet peeve, the cleaning fee for our 3-day stay was over 200. Despite the hefty fee, they still including a long list of chores to be completed before checkout, including a checklist that needed to be signed with a checkout manager, otherwise you’re subject to an additional fee. Other than that, it was a nice house in a great location and it was clean upon arrival.

The property itself had a lot of potential and was a great location. The yard did need to be mowed and there were a few pieces of furniture that were broken on arrival (the hammock swing outside and a couch leg). Also the hot tub wasn’t working because the outside breaker kept flipping. Initially the hosts were really responsive but then when their initial suggestions didn’t work, they just stopped responding. Additionally, when we asked for a partial refund since it didn’t work for our entire stay and never reached proper temp, the hosts just stopped responding. Would not recommend.
