" Im the guy that would always see the glass half full and to never complain..This i can't let go without adressing. The master bedroom a/c is not working!!! My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. "

"The location is amazing for enjoying nature and the unspoilt environment, with great views if hummingbirds in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with knowledgable guides always on hand. A lovely exprience."

"The room was clean however the furniture and bedding are overdue for an upgrade. The onsite restaurant and proximity to the airport are what's best about it."

"The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed."

"Overall the stay was good, however my room did not have a window. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is also very nice."

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...
