Spacious family home on the Ring of Kerry and adjacent to the Kerry Greenway

  • Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped home on the ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way. The house is located about 1.5 miles from Glenbeigh village and the start of the South Kerry Greenway and is an ideal location for touring the Ring of Kerry, the Wild Atlantic Way, enjoying the Greenway, visiting Killarney and Carrauntoohil-Ireland's highest mountain.

    The immediate vicinity is ideal base for a relaxing holiday or touring base. The beach and the mountains are on the doorstep with horse riding, watersports, many tourist attractions and good restaurants in the area.

    The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, double oven and hob and all utensils provided. A washing machine and dryer are provided for laundry. A Webber Barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking and the spacious outdoor decking and seating areas are ideal for al-fresco dining.

    The house has a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD player with Netflix and an open fireplace where a fire can be lit. A second large sitting room/dining room is suitable for formal dining/entertaining and has a wood stove.

    The house has 4 bedrooms-three of the bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. One bedroom is en-suite and the house has two further full bathrooms.

    There are plenty of books and toys are provided for our younger guests. A cot, high chair and bed safety rails are provided for our younger guests making this an ideal holiday home for a family with young children. The house is a bungalow with no stairs making it suitable for all age groups.

    Heating is from oil-fired boiler and is available throughout the year. Plenty of parking (4-5 cars) is available at the front and the rear of the house.

    All linen and towels are provided.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this lovely home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals on our own. The house is very nicely furnished. It was a very good base for our outings to the Kerry peninsula, the Dingle peninsula, and the Killarney National Park. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

The directions to this property were very clear and made it very easy to find. The house was very comfortable, and the yard and surrounding views were beautiful. The location was private, but we found it very easy to get to nearby towns. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Comfortable stay in Glenbeigh

We had a very comfortable stay, in a well equipped house in a beautiful part of Ireland. The fabulous beach was a short drive away, and we were very lucky to have wonderful weather for our holiday. It is a good centre to explore both Dingle and the Ring of Kerry. The only negative was the road noise, but this at least, was quiet at night.

Fantastic!

This home was amazing! It’s so beautiful, and in a great location — quiet and away town but near enough to everything that it was super convenient. This time I came with friends, and we had a fantastic time in the ring of Kerry and on the Dingle peninsula. I’m already sketching out future trips with my family. I cannot recommend highly enough — five stars all around!

Really Nice Location and Responsive Owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Glenbeigh and County Kerry. You couldn't ask for a better location, about equal distance to both Killarney and Waterville. Really nice TV by fireplace for relaxing at night to help wind down. Any issues we had were immediately handled.
