Welcome to The Linder Loft, a bright and stylish first-floor (bottom-level) 2-bedroom, 1-bath end unit that sleeps up to 6 guests, located right on the scenic Linderhof Golf Course and directly across from Storyland. Whether you`re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple, this is the perfect base for your White Mountains getaway.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun and functional setup with a full/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Roku TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room, and a mini split provides both A/C and heat. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch for relaxing evenings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials—pots, pans, silverware, and everything in between. You`ll find paper towels, dish soap, an unused sponge, dish towels, pot holders, a coffee pot, tea kettle, and basic spices. For families with little ones, the home includes a highchair, booster seat, pack `n play, bed rail, kids’ dishes, cups, and games—so you can pack lighter and relax more.

Step outside to a private patio with a retractable privacy screen, perfect for sipping coffee, grilling, or enjoying dinner al fresco with golf course views. You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to Linderhof Country Club’s pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse—or go fly fishing in the nearby Ellis River.

And when you’re ready to explore, you’re minutes from Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, Black Mountain, Jackson XC skiing, hiking, shopping, and dining—all within 15 minutes or less.

There is free & off road parking - one car is able to park directly in front of the unit and all other cars should be parked to the far right of the building.

We, unfortunately, do not allow pets, per association rules.
Please remove shoes and ski equipment and leave in the entryway.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.

Parking for 2 cars only - one directly in front of the unit and the second directly behind it (tandem style).

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.
