This portion of the review is intended for Evolve, not for the host. I booked through Vrbo. Vrbo explicitly says to only communicate through the app. I got a text from Evolve confirming the booking; I already had received confirmation through Vrbo, so I didn’t pay it much attention. On the day of the booking, I don’t see check-in information on Vrbo. I recall the text. Once I click the link in the text, Evolve also does not tell me how to check in. They say to contact the host in advance to figure out how to check in. A separate phone number is provided for the host. I now have THREE points of contact for the booking - Vrbo, Evolve, a host phone number - and none of them are directions on how to check in, but I have paid for the place already... Once I filtered through all of that, the host quickly and easily provided me the appropriate information.The host was excellent. The place was perfect and chill - the size of the couch was a huge, practical reason for booking this place. Just having a place for people to sit together is half the fun.
