  • ¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Este condominio de 1700 pies cuadrados cuenta con tres habitaciones, dos baños completos, las mejores vistas a la montaña en el valle y mucho sol. Es una unidad final con una sala familiar muy grande y una segunda área de juegos en el segundo piso. (lavadora / secadora / parrilla de gas / chimenea de gas / excelentes colchones).

    El condominio está situado entre Jackson (5 minutos al norte) y North Conway (10 minutos al sur). Central a: 5 áreas de esquí-: 10 minutos a Attltash, Cranmore y Black Mtn; 15 a Wildcat y 30 minutos a Brettonwoods; y cerca de muchos senderos pintorescos; Más de 125 tiendas libres de impuestos y excelentes restaurantes / bares. Su estadía incluye acceso completo a la casa club: piscinas (interiores / exteriores), bañera de hidromasaje; Pub BYOB, juegos y gimnasio.

    Durante los meses de invierno también disfruta del esquí de fondo cercano; movilización de esquí; Patinaje sobre hielo y paseos en trineo, tubos y tirolinas.

    El parque acuático Attitash / tobogán alpino está a solo 10 minutos. Excursiones de 45 minutos al parque acuático Santa's Village y Whales Tales, etc. Disfrute del esquí acuático en Moose Pond o del lago Ossipee o alquile un bote y practique esquí acuático en el lago Winnipesaukee (licencias temporales disponibles en NH). Las puertas francesas dobles conducen a un área de loft abierta y separada con un sofá, un sillón y una mesa de café para juegos.

    Otras comodidades incluyen: cocina totalmente equipada; lavadora secadora; Estación de acoplamiento I-pod; 8 tumbonas; Parrilla de gas. Nuevo televisor de 55 pulgadas de alta definición en la habitación familiar. AC: Potente unidad de CA portátil ubicada en el 3er dormitorio, pero se puede mover si lo desea. This was our annual trip to storyland and santas village. This was by far our favorite place to stay. The views are stunning. The proximity to storyland is so close. My morning runs around the linderhof village were so challenging and the weather was perfect. Our girls stayed in the loft bedroom and loved it. There are so many great things about this place.

This is a lovely and well maintained property especially given its age! There was more than enough space for the four adults and 18-month old in our group! The mini split system kept the property very comfortable despite the hot and humid weather. The area was quiet and the views were spectacular! Communication with the hosts was very easy and they provided such great detailed information not only about the property but the surrounding area as well. This was our first little family getaway and we had a wonderful time! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property!

We stayed here with our kids and had a very enjoyable trip. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family to spread out. The location was excellent—just a short drive to Story Land, which made it very convenient for family outings.One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the property. Waking up to the mountain scenery each day was a real treat and added to the overall experience.While we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, the property could benefit from some general upkeep and maintenance to bring it up to its full potential. Overall, it was a good family-friendly place in a great location with amazing views.

Joanne was a terrific host. Provided all the information needed for our stay and also provided dinner, music and site seeing ideas for the area. Joanne's place was perfect and it worked out great for our family. It was a perfect location for our list of things that we wanted to do in the White Mountain area. I was able to ask questions about ideas in the White Mountains and she was kind enough to answer back in a timely manner. She gave some great suggestions that we added to our itinerary. The condo was great and the view is incredible; you are looking right at Mount Washington. Thanks for a wonderful stay....Kelly and Phil

Great views!

The views were unbeatable and the location was nice for us to doing lots of leaf peeping from there. The host was very responsive when contacted about some missing basics.

Christmas 2023

My family of six adults stayed quite comfortably and happy in this cozy, quiet and well-located condo. It has all one needs to stay inside and enjoy the view or to go easily to many wonderful trails, attractions and restaurants. The property manager is exceptional, taking care of everything and being available at all times.

Hike to Mount Washington Summit.

The condo was perfect for the four of us, and would have been comfortable for two couples with children. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. We were traveling with our adult children and had a lovely time. The views are stunning, hikes were great, and local restaurants were plentiful.

Comfortable mountain retreat

My husband and I and our three adult children stayed here for a few days around the holidays. We found Joanne’s place to be very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was a short ride to the town and other sites. Our host was very communicative and provided lots of helpful recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The neighborhood was very quiet and the mountain views were really spectacular!I would highly recommend this condo.

Just as expected!

Everything was just as advertised so the good times began just as soon as we entered the condo! I was grateful to see the clean and well maintained condo in person that matched the photos and descriptions from online. We arrived in the evening so waking up in the morning to enjoy watching the sun’s light descend from the summit of Mt Washington down to the valleys below was more gratifying than any photo could adequately capture! Conveniently located to multiple ski resorts, short enough drive to Crawford Notch or Pinkham Notch, and short commute to all that North Conway has to offer. Also, plenty of snow fell during our stay and the neighborhood roads and parking were plowed and maintained more than adequately.

Mountain View’s in Comfortable Setting

Enjoyed a beautiful autumn weekend here with our twenty something kids and felt right at home. It’s a treat to wake up to views of the mountains. Joanne was extremely hospitable and helpful with hiking and restaurant suggestions. Although we were out except for breakfast and after dinner, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and other little items one might need. We were very pleased with our stay.

Best Rental in N. Conway

For anyone looking to rent in the North Conway area this is for you. I have rented in North Conway for over 20 years now and in that time have tried many areas none of which come close to staying on Christmas mountain at this particular condo. Every morning I spent my quiet time looking at the peaks of Mount Washington & the Mount Washington weather station along with the additional vistas of Attitash mountain. Not many rentals can you view the trails of one mountain on one side & the peaks of the highest mountains on the East Coast on the other. It is located absolutely perfect between everything we like from restaurants and shops to assorted mountain access. The condo was cozy and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I spoke with the owner before I left and before departing home to which she has one of those nicest and most generous property owners I’ve ever dealt with. This is a must stay to maximize your vacation experience!

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location for visiting Santa’s village and Storyland. It is comfortable for the family, very clean and well equipped. The only disappointment was the indoor pool which was very cold.

Beautiful Views - Convenient to Skiing

It’s great to be able to stare at Mt Washington after a hard day of skiing. There is a clubhouse with an indoor pool as well. Plenty of sleeping options for the family. It is a good place to ski at either Attitash or Wildcat.

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, beds so comfortable, the pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and we were impressed with the Covid procedures at the clubhouse. Will be back for sure. The owner Joanne was so wonderful to talk with and accommodating. Great experience.

Perfect location, amazing views right from the living room

Joanne was so accommodating!!!! She let us check in early and check out late. The place was in great shape. Lots of room but yet cozy. Instructions to check in and out very easy. Close to so many different things. The view of the mountains right from the living room were stunning. We were also able to book private hot tub sessions at the club house down the road. We went for our anniversary and could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely mountain getaway.

Owner Cancelled on us

So less than 24hrs before we were to depart to go to this destination, the owner canceled on us. Stating she overbooked by accident. She then stated that she would help us try to find another place by checking with neighbors with similar units. She texted us that no one had anything available but would look online for us, let us know what she finds and would issue us a full refund and 2 nights free at this same location. After this text, she went silent. Absolutely no further follow-up and no refund. 4 days later we inquired about our refund and she complied that day. Needless to say, we lost money because, after our booking confirmation, we scheduled the trip, the house sitter and pet sitter. NOTE: Most VRBO places won't allow you to book something else when you are trying to find something in less than 24hrs. We had to change our plans entirely! This was a horrible experience and caused lost funds, as well as a LOT of stress and anxiety. I DO NOT recommend this owner at all. We don't want the 2 free nights she offered for fear that if she can't keep her rental calendar straight and keep it updated on VRBO, then how can we trust it won't happen again.
