"Staff said the pool was open until ten. We waited hours for the gentleman who were drinking to leave so the kids could swim. Went down and it was closed at 8. The offered to let us swim at the hotel next door. That hotel had people who were outside incredibly obnoxious and clearly were living at the hotel-no thanks. How’s there not a fan in the bathroom? Trash can was missing."

"Super clean room especially the bathroom, breakfast is provided but I missed breakfast at the time , staff is very friendly and helpful and a lot of parking will always be available"

"Hotel was a little dated, but the rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Good stay for a night before a morning flight. No issues"

"Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond our expectations with made to order waffles and omelettes, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean. There were some great dinner options nearby. The game room and pool were under renovation, but we look forward to seeing them on our next visit!"

"Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good."

"Valet Parking was horrible. We thought we made the right choice for only $10.00 more, to use valet. The day to leave was a chaotic experience. One worker to retrieve cars and it took one hour. So unorganized and understaffed for a Saturday. We felt like we were in Valet jail and would never see our car again."

"Did a short stay here to visit the St. Louis zoo. We could have picked somewhere closer, but the price was good here. Breakfast was good, pool was a bit chilly. Parking lot was steep and a little weird to get to."
