7 night rentals during high season. Friday or Saturday Check-in.
Our beautiful home sits in The Woodstone, a private subdivision. The home is surrounded by trees in a natural and quiet setting. Lovely walking paths behind the home. Flat, paved short walk to downtown Glen Arbor, Glen Lake and Lake Michigan. Covered front porch and back porch is delightful for relaxing. Quiet, peaceful location, just no smoking.
We offer 7-night minimums with Friday or Saturday check-ins during High season, and 5 night minimums with flexible check-in dates during the rest of the year. Message us with your request for 5 or 6 nights.
Bed Options:
• Master bed (main floor) - 1K Tempur-Pedic mattress, jetted tub and separate shower
• 1st en suite (upper level) - 1Q Tempur-Pedic, shower, private bath
• 2nd en suite (upper level) - 1 Queen, bath/shower combo, private bath
• 3rd en suite (lower level) - 2 Q (1 Tempur-Pedic), bath/shower combo, private bath. (Please note this bedroom can be chilly, as in lower level. Heating mattress pads are on beds as well as electric fireplaces for additional comfort. (Many find this bedroom to be their favorite in the house.)

Guest access
The front door has a key pad lock. You will receive your code several days before check-in. You will have access to the entire home except for use of the garage. Garage access is allowed for trash storage only. Garage content is off limits to renters. Video monitoring of garage content may be in use.

Interaction with guests
Hello, we manage our property from down state. Access to the home will be a keypad lock on the front door.

Catch M22 House Rules: Updated July 2025
• Parking for two cars only on the driveway. No garage parking. Additional parking is available in front of house on Woodstone road on the opposite side of the street. Additional parking can be found a few minute walk on Lake Street.

• No Boat or trailer parking is allowed on the driveway or in the sub-division.

• No Pets, No Parties and No Smoking of any kind on the property.

• Bonfires and fireworks are not permitted within the Woodstone Subdivision.

• Bonfires are allowed at Glen Haven Beach.

• Occupancy is limited to registered guests only.
• Items in the garage are off limits to renters, including the boat, tools, bicycles and inflatables. The contents of the garage may be video monitored.

• The tenant shall leave the premise in as-found, complete, working and clean condition including the following:

1. Broom-clean floors.
2. No dirty dishes in rooms or kitchen; dishwasher running or containing only clean dishes.
3. No towels/linens in washer or dryer or on patios; lights and fans off.
4. Landlord will wash towels, linens and make the beds.
5. Doors locked.
6. Any opened refrigerator items disposed of.
7. All trash collected in provided trash bags and placed within the wheeled container located in the garage.
8. Exterior / Interior lights off.
9. Garage door down.
10. Leave any used beds in an unmade condition, so we can properly replace the linens.

Please help us by leaving a written note on the kitchen counter of any items needing attention.
