The property is quite simply in the most central location, right on top of the second busiest street in the UK. Despite this, the home is tucked away in an alcove, offering guests the feel of tranquillity close to all shops, bars, museums, and bars. Buchanan Street is bookended by St. Enoch Centre and Buchanan Galleries – huge malls housing the best high street brands with everything from John Lewis , Victoria's Secret to H&M. Nestled in the heart of the street you’ll also find the original House of Frasers store that has a history dating back to 1849; Argyll Arcade, widely regarded as the finest jewellery centre in Scotland and home to over 60 luxury jewellery and watch retailers; and Princes Square, a speciality shopping mall that houses designer shops, restaurants, bars and a boutique cinema.

Although this property is in the heart of the city centre it is in a quiet residential block and loud noise or parties will not be tolerated. The owner of the property lives in the block and keeps a close eye on the property.

Everything was perfect! It was clean and provided the amenities we needed - well-stocked kitchen, more than one hair dryer (which was great!), the laundry machines, closet space, and the TV options. The host was very good about sharing information and checking in with us.

This is a great apartment in a great part of the city! Right on Buchanan Street, just spill outside of the apartment and shopping, dining, drinking, walking, subway, is all within a two minute (or less) walk. It was the perfect arrangement of interior space for our party of four. Well-stocked with all of the essentials and then some.We had a bit of a challenge in accessing the unit, but Gillian and associates were very communicative. The issue was our fault (my email with all the instructions disappeared from my phone), but Gillian and team were readily available with guidance. Communication was excellent throughout the process.Be prepared for some nighttime and early morning noise from the outside (Gillian can't do anything about that!) as the central location of the apartment puts you in the middle of an urban environment.A nice upside to this apartment is that it is served by a lift, so all those stairs we encountered in our others stays in Scotland were a thing of the past. Glasgow is a wonderful city, and if you're going to visit do not hesitate to book this apartment.

We enjoyed this incredible flat, it was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located and it’s proximity to public transportations was very convenient. Gillian was amazing, very prompt response to our questions! The only negative feedback is getting the keys to the flat was not convenient and the alley is very noisy through the night. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Check in was very confusing. You can not drive to the front of the property and you have to find parking somewhere. You should never stay here if you drive. Outside patio looks like a prison yard. Inside not very nice. Very little good about this place. Sorry to be negative.

Gorgeous Apartment on Buchanan Street

The apartment was beautiful and situated perfectly in the heart of the city! The kitchen was fully equipped, views were wonderful, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were like new and everything was clean and decorated beautifully! We highly recommend it to anyone coming to Glasgow! We look forward to returning for a stay!

Great location!

This flat is literally near everything. We walked everywhere we needed to go, and if you need it the subway is right across the street. Expect typical city noise - it is a bustling street - but it can’t be beat for all the things you want from a stay. Everything worked great. The showers were strong and hot water lasted for 6 showers every morning. Would highly recommend!

Awesome Flat and Awesome location

My goal was for the family to walk all over Glasgow with easy access to shops and sites - this was perfect. I lived in Glasgow 30 years ago and my first time back to show the family was great thanks to this modern flat and perfect location. Staying in such a central location can be noisy at night but totally worth it!!! I would stay here again 100%.

This property was in the heart of activity in Glasgow. It was around the corner from Sloan's, Glasgow oldest pub where people were warm and there was a trivia game going on throughout the pub! Great fun! Street musicians dotted Buchanan St. The shopping arcade, train station, and lots of restaurants were nearby as well as one of the sightseeing bus stops. The property was well-maitained and spacious. The views of Glasgow rooftops from the living room is spectacular!

Great stay during a wedding

The flat was the perfect amount of space for our family of three generations. Location is great for access to all forms of transportation. And surrounded by shopping, pubs and restaurants.Our only difficulty was the street is very busy late at night, with regard to sleeping.

Week in Glasgow

Location, location, location! Our week long visit to Glasgow and the surrounding area could not have been better! This unit is comfortable, especially with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and stocked for all of your needs. St. Enoch subway is literally across the street, and the Sainsbury grocery is 1/2 block down Argyle. Our check-in was seamless and the unit is exactly as described and pictured. We could not have been more comfortable. Spontaneous trips out to stroll Buchanan street, find a new cool restaurant, or just experience the utter vibrancy of downtown are a must! This is a true gem, and will not last long. Just book it. Best Glasgow trip decision you will make!

Great location

Great location for walking the city, shopping, restaurants etc. The building exterior often had trash around the front and wasn’t the cleanest, the corridors are in need of new flooring and paint. This is not the fault of the owner, just a note for managing expectations. Unit was as pictured in listing. Comfy couch for movie viewing and relaxing. We could not figure out how to operate the room darkening shades in the main living area. They would’ve been appreciated for keeping the sun off the tv screen. Well stocked kitchen. In unit washer and dryer worked great.

Great stay. Awesome Place

Really enjoyed staying here. The only thing with this property is you need to understand there will be additional steps in order to stay there. These include providing information about your guests and a security deposit. Beyond that, I would still recommend.

Great location but property needs some maintenance and attention

Brilliant location but we were disturbed very early each morning by noisy deliveries using a pallet trolley. The flat is comfortable and well equipped but a few items need attention ... radiator leak in smallest bedroom; flush in en-suite (judging from state of the notice, this has been broken for quite a while); sticky door locks - see below excessive [often old] food in kitchen from previous occupants (including a bottle of brown sauce best before 2019!), two plugholes that drain very slowly no wheels on front of lower dishwasher rack. only one cereal bowl !! surprised that there are no place mats for dining table A previous item in the Visitors Book suggests the flat needs 'some love' We happened to have some Vaseline, which we applied to the front door key, eliminating a tendency to jam!

Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment !

Just loved this apartment, lovely furnishings, well stocked kitchen, very large flat screen tv although we didn't stay in that much as there is much to do just outside the front door - amazing location. Owner exceptionally easy and pleasant to communicate with. Hope to return before too long!

Everything about the appartment was amazing.. Keith was so helpful in a very stressful situation during the booking process.. only downside was forgot to arrange late checkout so aa a little early but just a minor thing. Would def stay again

Great location

This was a fantastic location - right in the heart of the action. it was easy walking distance to everywhere. The flat was spacious and the beds were very comfy, There was quite a bit of left over groceries from previous guests and some of it was not good anymore . The coffee maker was new to us and we couldn't find pods - but grew to like instant coffee again! There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were roomy. I'd stay here again!
