Spacious apartment just in front of the Eiffel bridge of the iconic Girona river, in one of the most central and commercial pedestrian streets of the city, it is an apartment decorated with love, it has everything to make your stay comfortable. Spacious and very bright, with large windows to the pedestrian street, well equipped kitchen, two cozy and spacious double rooms and a bathroom with bathtub. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the "Barri Vell" from the sunny roof terrace. The building is part of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

Girona is a lovely friendly wee city with great restaurants. Good for a short stay.

Disappointed, the air conditioning only in living room, not working. The rental agents to get keys quite a distance away and when we went to get keys that first time found out apartment on 4th floor and they said had lift, it didn't!; Advert should say up a lot of stairs , if my daughter hadn't been with me, I wouldn't have got case up into apartment. So misleading description stating air conditioned , should say partial and not advising re quantity of stairs.

disappointing visit

I think online description could be much accurate. There is no air conditioning units in back bedrooms and in heat of summer too unbearable to sleep or hang out in. The terrace above has no furniture or umbrella so no way you will ever hang out there. Laundry is up on roof in little shed, once again in summer way too hot to use. The staircase to apartment is torturously narrow and steep, if you have heavy bags good luck. Lastly one way to improve this stay is nicer beds, these were bare bones.

Fab location and spacious just needs some TLC

The apartment is really in a great location. The terrace is on a higher floor and is shared with our tenants which was fine but not made clear. Broken outdoor chairs was disappointing but the view great! The apartment needs a bit updating- broken blind in bedroom and unable to shower as the shower pole was broken - looked like it had been like this for a while. The hob was gas which is fine if you remember to buy matches ...... could be lovely.

Perfect Location

The apartment is perfectly located near shops and cafes steps away. Close to the bridge so very easy to access the other side of the river. Room is comfortable and roomy with nice size bedroom and sitting area. The stairs to the top floor does provide good exercise. We stayed for three nights rented bikes at Eat, Sleep, Cycle, enjoyed the food and live music of the festival weekend. The apartment is a half mile walk from the train station. Girona is wonderful.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Girona

Große, helle Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. 10 Gehminuten bis zu Kathedrale, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (Supermarkt, Markthalle, Shopping (Kleidung etc.)). Parken vor der Haustür nicht möglich, aber großes Parkplatz (gratis) in 10 Gehminuten. Ein Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Gute Matratzen. Küche sehr gut mit Geschirr und Kochgeräten ausgestattet, wer möchte kann im Urlaub auch größere Gericht selber kochen. Einen Stern Abzug von mir, weil: - So gut wie keine Basisverbrauchsmaterialien von Vorbesuchern vorhanden waren wie z.B. Öl oder Gewürze, Küchenpapier, ... - Die Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft etwas gründicher hätte sein können. Für den Teppich im Wohnzimmer haben wir das beim Vermieter reklamiert und es wurde auch prompt behoben.

Parfait

Parfait,propre grand et lumineux. Près de tout, épicerie, cathédrale basilique ,rambla, stationnement ,restos etc etc Malgré les quatre étages....ouf......( pas d’ascenseur) nous arrivons dans un grand logement bien équipé et très design A recommander!

Enjoyed our stay, excellent location.

As part of our road trip around Catalunya we spent 7 nights in this apartment. The location is fantastic and could easily walk to everything Gerona has to offer. There is even a small supermarket beside the apartment building making it convenient to stock up on supplies. The apartment is fully equipped and having a laundry machine was great since we were on a long trip. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of windows. It felt like home after being there a week. The management is very responsive and helpful.
