  • Summary:

    Come stay in a charming residential retreat in Gilford, close to shops, dining, and entertainment. You will be within walking distance of the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, Gilford Hills Indoor Tennis and Fitness Center, and Beans and Greens local farm stand. Beautifully updated, this 1950s Cape home offers a welcoming open floor plan with skylights and wood floors. One of the full bathrooms includes a clawfoot tub, adding an extra touch of character and charm.



    The Space:

    Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Handy gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Find plenty of room to dine together between the kitchen island and dining table.



    Unwind in the living area and curl up with a good book or watch movies on the TV. Grill and eat on the deck with its retractable sun awning, or step out into the lovely backyard and enjoy outside games.



    Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside.



    Added perks include a washer/dryer and WiFi/Roku TV provided by the homeowner. There is also space to store your bikes or a small vehicle in the one-car garage.

Loved it

We had a great weekend with family and our dog. The house was very clean with excellent instructions on how to use everything. The back deck and yard were highlights. Love having coffee in the mornings out there. Very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this house

Weekend Getaway

This house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was nice and clean and the location was ideal for shopping, dining and skiing. We can't wait to go back!

This was perfect for our visit to grandkids. The 2 things we look for are a comfortable bed and a roomy master bath (ample counter space makes for a happy marriage) and this place had both! Along with a well stocked kitchen for cooking in, we couldn’t ask for more. We would stay again.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom upstairs was beautiful and roomy. Very homey feel to the house. Fireplace was decorative with electric candles. Snow plow came to remove snow. Thank you for a great stay.

Comfort and More!

My son’s family and I stayed in this beautiful home. Large yard for the grandkids to play in, several spots to set up in progress games and we lacked nothing as we prepared meals.We even saw deer visiting the lawn in the early morning.

The place is exactly as described and set up perfectly for use. The property managers respond very quickly to any questions you have. Location is close to all major places of interest. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful weekend

This was a lovely vacation home, well cared for, and immaculately clean. There was everything you’d need in the kitchen and home itself. Check in was easy, lovely views and perfect location (close to everything but quiet). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Perfect property for 3 adults during short stay for Laconia Motorcycle Week. All amenities function well, Immaculately clean, easy to negotiate and laid out for a rental property. Great location proximate to services yet on a quiet road with a beautiful backyard. Will definitely rent again next year if it is available

Summer 2023

Despite the weather, we had a great time. Still lots to do when a beach day at the Lake isn't in the cards. It's a very relaxing place to be.
