Lake life at its best, Home on Ky Lake. Amazing Sunrises! Near Moors Resort.

Come enjoy KY Lake at its best. Enjoy our 2,500 Square foot home with 4 Beds and 4 Baths directly on Kentucky Lake. Home has a private fixed boat dock with a 9k pound cable lift for v-hull, pontoons or tritoons.

Home has two living rooms, one with Walkout and Lake view, 70" TV and seating for 9. The upstairs living room has a pool table, 70" TV and seating for 8.

Back of home has a covered 14x24 screen porch and a 10x30 uncovered deck with 2 tables and 12 chairs. Deck faces Northeast so shaded in afternoon and early evening. Deck has great view for sunrises.

Bedroom 1 has a Lake view with balcony, a King Bed and attached Bath.
Bedroom 2 has a Lake view with balcony, a King Bed with attached Bath.
Bedroom 3 has a King Bed with bath in hallway just outside the door.
Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds, twin over twin and full over full with bath in hallway just outside the door.
There are 2 Queen Air mattresses and linens available as well.
All 4 bathrooms have a sink, toilet and tile shower.

Note- this is a multi-level hillside lake home with 14 interior stairs and over 100 outside steps. If you have small children, or elderly members with balance or mobility issues, then this may not be the best property for you.

There is enough parking for 8-10 cars or 6 cars and your boat trailer. Home also has a Trolley to take you, and your gear, down to the boat dock. There is an ice maker in laundry room that makes up to 90 pounds of ice a day.

Home has whole home tankless water heater and water softener system. Kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filtration system with separate faucet.

Home is a short golf cart ride to Moors Marina, Boat Ramp & Ralph's Restaurant. Home comes with a 6 Person electric Golf Cart. Also available, for an extra fee, are two 2021 SeaDoo 130 GTI's.

Dock Notes:
1. Our dock is a fixed height ideal for Summer water levels. TVA drops the water level 4-6 feet during Sept-Apr.
2. The dock has a 9k pound cable lift setup for v-hull, pontoons or tritoons up to 28’.
3. The rental Sea Doo’s are on cable lifts.
4. Moors Marina offers covered slips for roughly $20 per day. Call 270-362-1410 for availability and current pricing.
5. One of the lifts may already have a boat on it during rental periods. Let us know if you plan to use the dock/lift for your boat during your stay.

The photos don’t do this home justice! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space. The two living space are nice to spread out. Having 3 king beds and four bathrooms were wonderful! The screened in porch was larger than expected. We loved evening golf cart rides in the neighborhood and up to Ralphs’s. Scott resolved any concerns and questions right away. We will definitely be back!

A perfect lake house for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. House is thoughtfully equipped with everything that we needed for a 5 night stay. All the amenities are high quality. The lift providing access to the dock is a huge bonus. The location on the lake is ideal. Will definitely return for a future visit!

Family vacation

Wonderful time with the family and an awesome home to spend that time with them man location is perfect. Ambience was incredible. Could not ask for more. The host goes way out of their way to make it convenient. I would recommend this to anybody top the line property can’t say enough about it.

Beautiful lake, beautiful view!

There was plenty of room for 10 family members, the lift from the house to the dock was amazing, jet skis being available for rent at the house were a huge bonus. Great day on the lake on rental pontoon boat, house was amazing. We had one issue with a water heater that was immediately addressed by the owner, Scott was so accessible and immediately addressed the issue. We would definitely consider going back to this location, this house! Thank you, Scott for a great week!

This home is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We have stayed at various places throughout the years, and this home is now our favorite. We spent lots of time watching the boats on the water, playing games and enjoying the wildlife (especially the bald eagle and orioles) from the screened in deck. We also enjoyed riding the golf cart. We are already planning a return trip.

Had an awesome stay at this beautiful lake home!

The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores. House was plenty big enough for my family of 7 and a 4 year old :))

Scott Smith Rental Home at Gilbertsville

Scott is an awesome host who answered every question promptly. Scott met us at his property after we had checked in and provided info about his beautiful home. The home sets on a hill overlooking Kentucky Lake. The view of the Lake was spectacular. Including in the rental is a 6 person electric golf cart. Which came in handy

Awesome Lake House

House had all of the amenities listed which were in perfect working order. We had 2 small children and four adults. We also hosted dinner for other family that was visiting. The house had three well appointed King bedrooms. It came stocked with plentiful cooking and eating dishes. The golf cart was an amazing amenity. Seating 6, it was perfect for our group. We plan on booking again in 26!

Land between the lakes

The property was wonderful but the next door neighbor inappropriately took pictures of all the children. This was noticed right away by the 11 year old and highly inappropriate. This was on the first day. If the child is worried despite 6 adults in residence, this needs to be addressed

Beautiful vacation home

This home provides a perfect place for a family spending their vacation on the Ky Lake. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has lots of towels in the bathrooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful views with a great outdoor living space and dock. Scott, the owner, was very generous in sharing extra items such as chairs, for our day of enjoying the eclipse in Southern Illinois.
