In the heart of the peaceful Combelles estate in Gignac, this charming house dating back to 1843 welcomes you for a relaxing stay. Completely renovated, the cottage combines authenticity with modern comfort, featuring exposed stone walls and charming old beams. Here, serenity and relaxation set the pace for your days, in a natural setting perfect for unwinding. Located on the banks of the Dordogne River, at the gateway to Corrèze yet still within the Lot department, the cottage enjoys an ideal location. At the crossroads of Rocamadour, Gramat, Martel, and Souillac—and just 20 minutes from Brive—it’s the perfect starting point for exploring the region. On the property, the owners’ home and a guest room (46G2562) for two people are nearby, not to mention their adorable four-legged companions. From June through September, enjoy the shared pool with its unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Fishing at the “Blagour” fish farm, horseback riding with “Les P’tits Galopins,” a tree-top adventure course, or “Quercyland” in Souillac—there’s no shortage of activities. And for a moment of pure relaxation, treat yourself to the spa area (by reservation and for an additional fee—featuring a 3-person jacuzzi and sauna)—the perfect wellness break to enhance your stay. Living area, 1 bedroom (1 140-size bed), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet; then head up a short flight of stairs to the fully equipped, open-concept kitchen area and a private 12m² terrace accessible via a few steps. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1 160-bed, 2 90x190 beds, 1 crib), separate toilet with sink.
