This modern studio apartment located right in the heart of town is the perfect destination for couples or friends staying in Gibraltar either on a long or short-term stay.

Gibraltar’s popular coffee shops, restaurants and bustling Main Street shopping area are also right at its doorstep.

It is located on the first floor in the Grand Central House building on Engineer Lane, which recently won a Heritage Award for the restoration/ refurbishment of this 19th Century building.

​Situated in the vibrant urban area of Engineer Lane, Grand Central House is surrounded by a stylish combination of traditional buildings and sharp modern architecture and framed by historical landmarks such as Casemates Square, Chatham Counterguard and The Moorish Castle complex.

The studio was more than adequate for our needs, we could have done with a couple more pillows and didn't really use the a/c as it was very noisy. It was fine apart from that.

The property was good. a little small but great for the price. It is near to most attractions, bars, cafes. shopping etc. unfortunately no balcony or pool. but not really an issue. Anyone wanting to be near to town its ideal.

Great Studio Apartment

Lived in Gibraltar 40 years ago and came for a Reunion with some Friends.I was looking for a small Place central to everything in Town and found this Place location was ideal, size great for me, everything I needed and very clean.Building has been very well restored.Bars, Restaurants and Shops close by also Bus station .Only improvement I would make is the Air conditioning unit as it is a bit noisy but for the amount of time I spent in my Room it was ok.So if you are looking for a Place with a great location this is it

Studio Apartment

I had a lovely time with my daughter the studio was clean , beautiful, Cosy and had everything we needed. It was not far from the town centre , we were just surrounded with shops and restaurants No where is far, We can cook ourselves a meal if we don’t want to go out to eat. Spain is like an hour away by coach, we took the ferry to Morocco and spent the day there which took us about 1 and half hours. We will be staying here again on our next visit. I will recommend to anyone come and stay at these apartments, you won’t regret it.Ps, forgot to mention there is a big Morrisons for you to do you food shopping etc just 10 to 15 mins away from where we stayed.Many ThanksAminta .
