Authentic charming traditional 19th century Brionnaise farmhouse carefully restored according to the rules of the art, perched in a "belvedere" on a panoramic south-west plateau overlooking a bucolic pond full of fish (private to the gîte) with authorized "no-kill" fishing (carp , pike, roach…). Total tranquility in the countryside, in a small rural hamlet nestled on the wooded foothills of Mont Saint-Cyr (highest point of the Mâconnais mountains with 771m, with an exceptional 360° panoramic view up to Mont-Blanc on a clear day!), 3.5 km from the picturesque little village of Gibles. Magnificent unspoiled countryside & natural setting, nestled on the immediate edge of meadows and a small forest, in the hollow of the splendid hilly Charolais bocage, dotted with numerous ponds & rivers. Landscaped setting of great beauty, 100% soothing & relaxing. Vast panoramic terrace exposed offering a very beautiful unobstructed view "in balcony" on the gentle surrounding countryside and the pond of the property.
