" Check in by Fiona was pathetic and unwelcoming as we travelled a long flight for 2 days and the staffs at reception was not helpful at all and Fionas tone of voice was not welcoming at all and kept asking me for a credit card that did not belong to us as it was a virtual card on file. None of the three staffs offered to take our 6 suitcases to our room and that broke my heart. The room was superb 👌 i had a great sleep as well. Being a Hotel General Manager and as an ex Housekeeping Supervisor...

"The staff and room were great, however there is a serious lack in parking and the construction sounds were sometimes overbearing (to be fair this is only a temporary problem and when the construction finishes I think there will be more parking and less noise)"

"Great hotel in a really great spot. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also heaps of takeaway and eating options very close by. Lots of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were really really comfy and the shower was amazing. The water pressure was incredible. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"What a fabulous resort! We were lucky enough to be staying in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, in fact so lovely that it was difficult to go exploring each day I would have happily curled up in front of the fireplace and read my book for 2 days with the occassional stroll around the amazing facilities! The resort facilities are immaculate, with a shuttle running into Arrowtown or Queenstown every hour. We are already planning our return stay."

Check in staff not friendly or welcoming.Requested king bed but got two single beds.No remote for Tv had to request one."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Brilliant location, right on the lake, and close to the airport, which was great for me. Beautifully maintained rooms, brilliant views of the lake and the mountains, great ammenities, great food, great staff! I'll be booking my next stay in Queenstown here again.
