"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "Our recent stay at Almond Place Apartments was for 6 nights in February 2026. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Anderson was an amazing host! "Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "

"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!."

"I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again"
