Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, personal y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
The accommodation has steep stairs leading to the floor with the rooms. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. It was promoted on the website as having city view. This was somewhat true, but half of the view was a blind wall. We stayed for six nights and our room was cleaned once. Apparently only Tuesday is cleaning day. Also, we had to ask twice for a new roll of toilet paper. The toilet is raised, so perfect for tall people over 1.80 meters. For short people it may be a bit of a ‘challenge’, because your feet probably won’t touch the ground. The shower is great, but getting out of the shower requires a big step to reach the floor of the bathroom. All in all, for less abled people this accommodation may not be the best choice. Giardini Naxos is a cute, touristy town with plenty of restaurants and a nice boulevard. The accommodation is situated on a busy street, but the beach is only a 300 meter walk. The volcano Etna is an hour drive. The owner of the complex communicates well and is a nice young man.
