Private Villa with Indoor Heated Jacuzzi

Entrance to this self-catering villa is through a short panoramic walkway, where you could appreciate Għarb’s mystical natural attributes.

The lavish sitting and dining areas, together with our fully equipped kitchen all have large doors overlooking the pool terrace, each showing off Għarb’s lush countryside views. An open Jacuzzi bath, luxuriously finished with marble, adjoins the sitting area. In our pool area, you can also enjoy our full range of outdoor living services.

Next to our modern ground floor bathroom, an open stairs will lead you to our first floor level, consisting of a lounge area and two en-suite bedrooms.

In our second floor, you will find the third en-suite bedroom, a private lounge area, a laundry room and a large private terrace.

A picturesque view of the charming village of Għarb and its lush countryside is guaranteed.

You could also enjoy the luxury of private parking in one of our 2/3-car garage spaces, accessible from the farmhouse itself.

Peaceful and relaxing villa

When we got to the villa we couldn' be happier with the accomodation. The villa was stunning, with a beautiful pool, three very clean good size bedrooms all with en suites and a hot tub. Throughout the process, Simona was outstanding in her communication and organising transfers etc. for us. The area itself is beautiful and peaceful. We can't recommend it enough. We would 100% go back. We loved Gharb, Carini Farmhouses and our excellent host, Simona.

not what we expected

We will never visit this house again. We were with 5 grown ups, only three sunbeds were available and one was broken, no cushions, after 2.30 pm no sunshine at the premises, small pool with snails in it, the rim of the pool was broken and dangerous, the electricity went down on arrival, no hot water during two days, dirty curtains, no coffee machine, mold in the kitchen and bathrooms, only one key available and no welcoming and explanation, the Airconditioning was with a machine with coins in the garage. Garage was very small. I do have pictures, but cannot upload them.

Private Rural Experience

Loved the farmhouse and especially the pool and hot tub. In Sept, still warm enough to use the pool. The area is so quiet, you’d think there are no tourists. Simona was very helpful upon checkin and easy to reach during our stay. Upon departure when we could not prebook a cab for 5 am, she did it for us or we would have been stranded. Bus system in Gozo / Malta is great but not available if you must leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Overall the whole trip was awesome.

Very Disappointing

The photos online were great however the property did not live up to expectations. Problems with flushing toilets, barely any hot water to shower (sometimes none), freezing cold pool, no instructions anywhere within the property on how to operate anything, poor check in instructions, no contact prior to checking out, and worst of all, COIN OPERATED air conditioning. If you have a family of 5 or more, do not stay here if you plan to use Bolt or Uber as vans are very limited in Gozo and this location is not central or convenient

Beautiful Rural Property

Located just outside the town of Gharb on Gozo, the property is at once quiet and rural while at the same time being conveniently situated on the bus route to nearby towns and the capital, Victoria. We were easily able to walk into town for dinner and shopping. We were also able to do two coastal hikes directly from the property—one to the northeast over to Ramla bay (past several other towns and swim spots) and the other around the west coast to Xlendi Bay. We were in a three bedroom house and there are four bedroom houses available also, so great for families or groups of friends. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice villa...but

Great villa, nice location. Well equipped, nice pool, good outdoor hot plate to cook on,but the hot tub wasnt hot so a waste of time... but you lose the sun by 3pm. Underground garage was a waste as the entrance is so tight its too big a risk in a hire car to go into. The air con will cost an extra £60 for the week too Ruined on the last day by the owner standing and watching over us at 10am on the dot waiting for us to leave

Fabulous family farmhouse

We stayed at this lovely farmhouse and thoroughly enjoyed it. Three double bedrooms all with ensuite and a lovely pool and hot tub. The only negative was that you lose the sun at around 3pm so if evening sun is important to you this is not the place for you. The matresses were a little tired and bed squeaked and bedware was also a tad tired. It would also be handy if there was a full length mirror and more cleaning products when you check in as we had a baby with us and no mop and bucket. This said it was lovely that they left us some tea bags, bread and ham so we did not struggle on our first day. The outside bbq was gas operated and clean and easy to use and the underground car park was handy. The local village gharb is pretty and the local super market close by is great. All in all very nice and we would recommend it.
