"My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. "I like that it was clean and it had all the basic needs. I wish there was an iron inside the room versus having to go outside on each floor to get something ironed"

"My stay at the LaRosa Hotel was Wonderful, the staff was very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was Clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there and bring in the New Year. Thank you to the Staff of the La Rosa Hotel, and i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable hotel stay!"

"We had such a wonderful time. Our host was very amazing and hospitable. One tip is to come with an SUV or a higher vehicle due to the conditions of the roads (please note this is in 2026, if reading in the future). Absolutely would love to return."

"I felt safe as a single traveler"

The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund...

"Clean room. Amenities not good. Almost non existent services. Internet extremely poor. Does not operate like a hotel. I cannot blame the staff. It appears staff have not been trained. Not good value for money"
