  • This is an entirely private home you will have to yourself -- Don’t let the 2 front doors fool you! The two entrances are part of the home’s original 1800s design, adding to its charm and character, but they both open into the same spacious home that’s all yours to enjoy.

    Perfectly located in the heart of downtown, only steps from Lincoln Square and all the best food and shopping that Gettysburg has to offer. A witness homestead of the Battle of Gettysburg circa 1853, discover the charm of Gettysburg from our cozy retreat, where you can truly walk everywhere and be within minutes from the iconic Gettysburg battlefields and historic sites. Skiing enthusiasts can enjoy the offerings of Ski Liberty Resort with scheduled seasonal busing from Gettysburg's downtown. While you'll enjoy the convenience of being steps away from these amenities, please note that the vibrant main street can bring some traffic noise.

    Perfect for groups or families, the home offers 4 large bedrooms (with queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom, private deck and backyard views. We found the location of the house to be perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere for food and entertainment. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and the decor provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely book again.

We had to make multiple changes to our reservation (the dates, the number of people attending, etc.) and the hosts were very accommodating. The location of the house itself can't be beat - highly recommend!

We had the best stay at this beautiful home right in the heart of downtown Gettysburg! It was so convenient being so close to all of the shops, restaurants, museums, and the battlefield! The house has everything you need to have an amazing stay, and the host was wonderful and very helpful! We definitely recommend staying here to anyone that is looking!

Everything about this house was excellent. It was in a great location and easy walk to the center of town. The house was clean and well stocked. Christina was very quick to communicate. We had plenty of room for parking even though we had a large truck. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen but had everything that we would have needed to cook if we had wanted to do so. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for a weekend of hiking and history.

This is a lovely updated home in historic Gettysburg. The rooms are spacious and it was very clean. It had all the basics in the kitchen and is close to downtown. We would rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great, although traffic noise is loud. Walkable to everything. Host responded quickly, and was extremely helpful before, and during stay.

Reunion Group

Our college group class of 1985, 4 girlfriends stayed at this lovely home. the house was conveniently located close to the college and the town and all of the activities were walkable. Great place to stay and catch up after all the events. Would definitely return.

Beautiful home and great location

I brought my parents to Gettysburg for a couple of days. We really enjoyed this property. Clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. Also a perfect location just a few dozen feet from the city Square. So much to do in Gettysburg. Hope to return soon!

Wonderful location & host!

Four friends came in for a long weekend to visit Gettysburg and this home was perfect. Great location and very clean and convenient to everything. The check in process was smooth. The home is historic and well furnished with updated bathrooms and kitchen, which provided the best of all! Definitely recommend!!
