Comfortably accommodating up to 11 people, the gîte has a large living room, a bright and fully-equipped 70 m² kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, and a large enclosed garden of around 1000 m² where you will find a bowling green. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet access. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The accommodation
Covering an area of 250 m², the gîte is as follows:

Day area:
- Bright living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living area is furnished with a dining table for up to 12 guests, two sofas, an armchair, a 140 cm flat-screen TV with connected speaker, a DVD player and a coffee table.
- Modern kitchen with central island, open to the dining room and fully equipped: dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Laundry room with a freezer, hoover, iron, ironing board and all cleaning supplies.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the ground floor, a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with storage and a cot.
- Bedroom 3: on the ground floor, three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 4: upstairs, queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), desk, chair and storage space.
- 18 m² bathroom: bath, walk-in shower (160 x 130), heated towel rail, double washbasin.
- Shower room: washbasin and shower (100 x 190).
- 2 separate WCs with washbasins.

Outside:
- Large enclosed garden of approx. 1000 m².
- 100 m² terrace, accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, a dining table, six deckchairs, four armchairs, a coffee table and a large parasol.

Quiet country village at the foot of the Scandibérique the French section of EuroVélo 3, ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Canneries and vegetable garden within a radius of 3 to 10 km.
