Family gathering for wedding

Location was great. Kitchen appliances were worn out and extremely dirty. Exterior was in need of cleaning and maintenance. Furniture was worn out. Very disappointed in house. We had to complete cleaned out. It was full of mold and grease. Washer and dryer did not function. Garden tub jets did not work. Everything was just worn out.

Great Place

We totally love the riverfront house. It is very convenient to pull my boat down and put it on the lift so I can get it out of the water at night. There is plenty of room for kids and adults of all ages with plenty to do. We had a little problem with the air conditioning, but the house manager Tiffany was fantastic at following through answering whenever I called or text and taking care of the problem. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

Family Reunion

Enjoyed 3 days gathering here, lots to do- ping pong, pool, corn holes and even kayaking and paddle board. The weather cooperated as we were outside a lot and then enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit!

Fun Get Away

Overall, the property was just as pictured and we had a good time. The walk down to the water was a bit more steep than we realized but it was completely doable. Having a paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was nice!

Amazing Property

This property is so beautiful! The spacious home gave our family plenty of room to spread out with room for the adults to visit, as well as teens and kids to play games downstairs. The private dock was the best and we used it multiple times during our stay, as well as all the kayaks, paddleboards and water fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was great having the second kitchen downstairs for overflow and the teens hangout area. The owners were also super attentive and came over on our first day to grab us some additional supplies - top notch service!! We highly recommend this home. Our family loved it for our getaway! Tennessee is just beautiful and we loved our time in your home. Thank you.

Great Lake house for a group

We had a relaxing long weekend with family. This house is easy to enjoy- great space and flow. Kitchen is well equipped. Grill was excellent. The basement area was a huge hit with pool, ping pong, shuffleboard and fooseball. All games were in very good condition. We were surprised to find the bunk bed room is actually the HVAC room. We had to shut off the ac at night so the room could be used to sleep- otherwise, it was very noisy in that room. Fortunately, it did not cause any problems to turn off the air overnight and we stayed comfortable temperature-wise. The other basement bedroom (1 queen) needs a new bed- the current one was incredibly loud if you moved on it at all. The rest of the house more than made up for those two complaints- just think it is helpful to note as you are planning a big group. Teens and younger complain less than adults about beds. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and all bathrooms were great. The dock and water were wonderful. We had the best time with the kayaks and paddle boards.
