Host was very responsive. The inly compliant I have is that we had a large group and it wasn’t set up for our group before we got there as in not enough toilet paper, only 4 forks. And the yard needs to be mowed!

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
One of the couches has 2 broken legs. So we had to avoid that I let the host know and they were good with communication. One of the rooms had no power we assume it was a breaker but are not sure told the host Friday said they would send someone out. And by Saturday night they had said there was no one that could come out. We understand electrical issues happen just would have liked to have gotten someone out to fix it.

Unclean, poor quality and cheap basic amenities
The quality of our stay was very poor, which is so unfortunate because the house itself is very beautiful and has so much potential.
We arrived ready to put babies to bed and the thermostat was set to 80° in this Texas heat. Everyone was sweating for hours until it cooled.
One of the rooms had a bloody dead fly stuck to the trim that someone killed before we got there. Very disgusting.
The breaker tripped, the property manager did not answer the phone, but messaged me back and sent some cleaning person to help us who was not the property manager.
The silverware in the drawers that should be clean, had food very stuck on them, as if they had been sitting dirty for a very long time. The house listing says it sleeps 12 people, but only enough plates for about 3 in the cabinet, all of which were supposed to be ready for use, were somehow wet?? We basically had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it.
There were only 2 towels that were folded and available. We had to go looking for more towels and eventually found them in the dryer.
The beds are so extremely uncomfortable I can’t imagine how my elderly relatives must’ve slept in them. The springs literally make a crunching sound when you move in them. And the sheets all seem like the cheapest possible find, were not fitted, so if you moved they would come off.
In the bedrooms there wasn’t any surface to put our things. There was only a bedside table and chair. All our stuff had to go on the floor.
