When you enter Villa SeaRenity, your eyes will be drawn to the end of the hall, and the sliding glass doors through which the Caribbean Sea and white sand of Spotts Beach await. The balcony and the view, they are going to call to you...don't answer just yet; stroll through the interior of this place you will call home for the next several days and save that view, that amazing view for the end of your tour.

Villa SeaRenity's downstairs bedroom is located to your right just after you enter the front door. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bed, dresser, television, nightstand, BlueTooth alarm clock, a lamp with two USB ports, a nice-sized closet, and it has direct access to the downstairs bath. This bedroom is the perfect space for children or adults.

Continuing down the hall you will enter the open kitchen and living room. A modern well-equipped kitchen is ready for preparing meals or making a quick snack before heading to the beach. The living room is a comfortable space with cozy chairs and a sofa where you can snuggle in the evenings and enjoy your favorite television programs on the SmartTV.

The free-standing stairs lead you to the 2nd-floor bedroom; a private oasis with a queen platform bed, BlueTooth alarm clock with a USB port, an additional USB charging station with 4 ports, a dresser, lamp, television, and a walk-in closet. After a day on the beach, you can slip into the oversized shower and wash away the sand. The downstairs and upstairs baths are equipped with a blow dryer, soft fluffy bath sheets, and ladies you will enjoy the towels designed specifically for make-up removal.

On the 2nd floor, you will also find a stacked washer and dryer capable of handling all your laundry. But seriously do you really want to do laundry on vacation?

Head back downstairs, open the sliding glass doors, and step onto the balcony. This is where your vacation begins. Relax and enjoy your stay. The search is over, you've found your beach.

Villa SeaRenity's nightly rate displayed by VRBO includes VRBO's guest service fee as part of their "up front pricing" initiative. VRBO's guest service fee is a dynamic percentage of the reservation averaging approximately 14% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. Hosts cannot waive or reduce VRBO's service fee. This service fee is collected by VRBO and retained in full by VRBO and is not set by hosts. If you choose to book Villa SeaRenity on VRBO, then VRBO will collect their service fee on your reservation.

Please be aware of the following:
- Vrbo labels the $200.00 exit housekeeping fee as "Host Fee"
- Reservation payments processed by Villa SeaRenity
- Vrbo Guest Service fee is charged by Vrbo, payment will show as PAY*HOMEAWAY on your credit card statement
- The adult booking the stay is deemed the "Responsible Party."
- "Responsible Party" must be the holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking.
- Signed rental contract required-sent from Villa SeaRenity
- "Resonsible Party" is responsible for completing and signing the rental contract
- Government ID of the "Responsible Party" must be submitted when signing the rental contract.
- "Responsible Party" must be in residence at Villa SeaRenity for the duration of the reservation.
- Third-party bookings are not allowed.
- Villa SeaRenity places $375.00 damage deposit hold on your credit card three days before arrival
- 14+ nights require additional housekeeping paid DIRECTLY to Villa SeaRenity
- Xmas/NewYear balance due 60 days before arrival no refunds within 60 days
- Children under 5 are not allowed. Non-mobile infants welcome
- No pets
- The Cayman Islands does not recognize service or emotional support animals as an exception to no pet rules
- Bringing any animal to the Cayman Islands is a specific, lengthy, and costly process.
