The Search is Over! You've Found Your Beach

Minimum age to rent is 25. Primary renter must sign rental contract (sent directly from Villa SeaRenity), provide ID, and be in residence throughout the stay.

Villa SeaRenity located beachfront on tranquil Spotts Beach, Grand Cayman is the perfect location for your Cayman Islands holiday. Renovated in 2019 Villa SeaRenity brings you soft contemporary styling, lush furnishings, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting state-of-the-art appliances. Here you will find everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Villa SeaRenity's downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bed, along with a dresser, television, nightstand, BlueTooth alarm clock, a lamp with two USB ports, a nice sized closet, and direct access to the downstairs bath. This bedroom is the perfect space for children or adults alike. The 2nd-floor bedroom is a private oasis where you will find a queen platform bed, BlueTooth alarm clock with a USB port, an additional USB charging station with 4 ports, a dresser, lamp, television, and a walk-in closet. After a day on the beach, you can slip into the oversized shower and wash away the sand. Both the downstairs and upstairs baths are equipped with a blow dryer, soft fluffy bath sheets, and ladies you will enjoy the towels designed specifically for make-up removal.

On the 2nd floor, you will also find a stacked washer and dryer capable of handling all your laundry; that is if you really want to do laundry on vacation.

Spotts Beach is known for its amazing snorkeling. On your snorkel, you may find yourself swimming alongside native green sea turtles or watching stingrays glide below you. If you enjoy snorkeling Spotts Beach is the perfect vacation destination.

Away from the crowds
Home was perfect, had everything you would need for a stay. Beach was semi private, shared between complex, but never had issue with chairs or room. When we arrived was disappointed with view, palm trees on beach obstructed view to water. That opinion changed the next day about 10:30am. Sun is hot and we moved chairs under palm leaves. Snorkeling is great, saw lots of small to medium fish. The only negative is also the greatest positive about this place. It is about 20 minutes away from Restaurants and SMB so you will need a car. Like I said away from crowds, so you will need to decide if privacy or action is your thing. A few miles down the road in Savanna is everything you will need; Supermarket, beer store, and pharmacy. Already planning next trip there.

Impeccably clean, private beach with a balcony overlooking it that is perfect for coffee and breakfast! Amazing food nearly, the team was so kind and attentive! Everything was perfect!

Great quiet island getaway!
We stayed here for a 5-day vacation in February. The unit is great - exactly as advertised. Well appointed, very comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. The location is also great - particularly if you're looking for something quieter than the major resorts. Not that far from the airport, close enough to stores if you need groceries, and it's right on a beautiful private beach (with great snorkeling). Communication (both before and during the stay) was great. The Welcome Guide that you get ahead of time is extremely helpful, particularly if it's your first time to Grand Cayman. We highly recommend this unit.

Great Location
We stayed at this unit for a week in January. The unit was nice and looked exactly like the online photos. Very clean and well stocked. We saw several turtles from the dock but it was very windy the whole week so we didn’t get to snorkel much. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler that came in very handy. Some of our favorite excursions were a sunset sail with Redsail Sports, Stingray City with Stingray Sailing, and Crystal Caves. Favorite restaurants were Casanova, Rackam’s, and Tukka East. We went to Tukka for the full moon and also fed the Frigates, that was awesome. The condo is south of seven mile beach so it’s away from the crowds, but sort of centrally located on the island so it wasn’t a long drive anywhere. Great stay!

Amazing Beach Stay
This home was the perfect size and location for our trip. The snorkeling right of the beach was amazing - we saw turtles and tons of fish every day. The beach was never crowded. Property manager was very helpful and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!
After a hectic end of year, we were hoping for a week of sun and surf to re-connect with our two college kids, and that is exactly what we did. The property was just perfect for the four of us. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is private and the snorkeling was incredible! Melinda was super helpful and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!

A little piece of Paradise
The property location was a dream come true. We felt like we had our own private beach. The snorkeling was fabulous over by the rock outcrop. Everything you need for the beach including snorkeling equipment even though we brought our own. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need except for a kettle. Wonderful communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. If you want the action of Seven Mile Beach its a short drive away.

Vacation Paradise
We had such a wonderful time staying at SeaRenity. The property and location are beautiful. The unit has all the amenities and has a cozy beach front vibe! The unit is bright and clean. You cannot ask for a better view as the beach is right at your balcony. The waves are so peaceful and the private beach is so amazing. We had the beach to ourselves. Beth and Melinda are wonderful hosts and managers. They answered any questions and provided plenty of information to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back! Grand Cayman has become our favorite island destination! Thank you again Beth and Melinda!

Fantastic
The condo was in the perfect location! We felt like we had a private beach. The condo was a great size for the 4 of us. We appreciated that the it was stocked with beach equipment and kitchen basics/necessities. Melinda and Sandra were very responsive and helpful. We would highy recommend this site!
