Holiday Home 'Du Parc' with Lake View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Genouillé, this 98 m² holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a 20 m² living area and a private 8 m² kitchen—compact yet fully equipped—offering a welcoming space for meals and relaxation. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms (21 m² and 18 m²) with adaptable single beds can each sleep up to 4, while a smaller 7 m² room is ideal for 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, and a baby cot. You can also enjoy products from the property: jam, fruit, herbs, and vegetables.



The private covered terrace with barbecue leads to the shared garden. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is shared and available by reservation for one-hour time slots between 9 am and 8 pm, from May to late September depending on the weather.



Shared parking is available on site. Up to two pets are welcome. You'll also have access to shared facilities such as table tennis, tennis court, playground, and mini pool table. A shuttle service to the train station is offered.



Bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.
