Located in Genouillé, this 98 m² holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a 20 m² living area and a private 8 m² kitchen—compact but fully equipped—providing a welcoming space to share meals and relax. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms (21 m² and 18 m²) with flexible single beds each sleep up to 4 guests; a small 7 m² bedroom is ideal for 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, and a baby cot. You can also enjoy homemade products from the property: jam, fruit, herbs, and vegetables.



The private covered terrace with barbecue leads to the shared garden. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is shared and accessible by scheduled time slots, open May to late September depending on weather, with one-hour bookings available between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.



Shared parking is available on site. Up to two pets are welcome. You’ll also have access to shared facilities such as table tennis, tennis court, playground, and mini billiards. A shuttle service to the train station is offered.



Bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.
