The loft above provides a comfortable relaxation area equipped with a modern platform bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a slate desk. The bathroom, preceded by an antechamber with a washing machine and laundry area (cordless vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board), features a walk-in shower and high-quality fixtures. The entryway hallway also leads to the two double bedrooms, located one above the other: the upper bedroom is accessed via a wooden staircase, and in addition to the double bed, there is a single pull-out sofa bed. The home has just been renovated: the wall colors, the brand-new furnishings, and the attention to detail create a tasteful atmosphere.
