GuestHost - San Martino / Gaslini Urban loft for 4

A modern loft equipped with every amenity and able to accommodate up to 4 people, located in a quiet and peaceful area, well-served by public transportation, and conveniently located for reaching the San Martino and Gaslini hospitals. The apartment is equipped with every amenity: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.

The Space

The 46-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building (please note there are internal stairs) and is laid out as follows:



- Fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, electric kettle, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.

- Living area with a double sofa bed.

- Sleeping area located on the charming loft and furnished with a double bed.

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split unit), washer/dryer.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Guest access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment
