The 97-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (six steps to access it).



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, and split A/C;

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with two single beds, a desk, two computer monitors, and an armchair;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a closet, and split-system A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and the master bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

A crib is available at the property.



PLEASE NOTE: The room with the two single beds is NOT a closed-off room and opens directly onto the living room.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
