Elegant attic apartment in a noble palace with a concierge in the central Via Garibaldi, surrounded by magnificent palaces of the Genoese aristocracy.The apartment is located on the fourth floor of one of the beautiful Palazzi dei Rolli, five and seventeenth century buildings declared UNESCO heritage. The living area consists of a living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a dining table, and an independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first one featuring a queen-size bed and a dresser, the second one with a single bed, which can be enlarged to become double, and a desk. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the living room and heating.
