They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me. "This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "
