Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

During your stay, we ask that you please:
• Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple very minor questions/issues, and they were taken care of right away. We do have a couple suggestions: It would be really helpful if there were a light outside to help light the path to the firepit. It was very dark, and it is a pretty decent incline. The other thing that would have been helpful is some kitchen linens and potholders. Obviously, those things didn't get in the way of a wonderful time!!

Loved the Hot Tub!! Everything on one floor was great, loved the 3 bathrooms…. Nobody had to wait. The deck with big table and the firepit were all great as well! Would never know it is pet friendly because it had no smell. Unfortunately the arcade game wouldn’t work and neither did the fireplace. Only suggestions we have is to have some lights going down the steps to the firepit from the back deck because you really had to watch since it was so dark, and we had someone with us that has a hard time walking. Overall we had a great time, felt comfortable and we will definitely rent it again! Thank you so much!

Perfect for our extended family of 12

We had a great stay! We had 6 boys ages 6-17 and 6 adults as well. The 3 full bathrooms was a game changer. The house was very clean and updated. The hot tub was a hit for all ages. Nice proximity to downtown. The only downfall was the condition of the 2 sleeper sofas. We ended up putting those mattresses on the floor the last night because when the couches were opened, they slanted too much to sleep on. That was our only complaint for the 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Very prompt responses to our messages.

Clean and neat

Great rental. Everything was clean and well kept. The hot tub was crystal clear. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor deck and fire pit area. Super close to golf cart rental. Lots of room to hang out inside. Bathrooms were beautiful. Lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Bach Weekend

This property was the best choice for a bachelorette weekend near GOTL! The house was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the hot tub and deck area! Our group preferred having some space between this property and the GOTL Strip, but just know that it’s a bit of a hike if you are looking to hit the bars. Overall, great property and community!

We picked the perfect place to stay.

Everything we needed was there, all the utensils, pots, pans, glassware. The hot tub is fabulous the rental was clean and everything looked new. Would love to stay again next year.

Mid winter girls trip

The property was very clean and the perfect size for our group. It was obvious the property owner thought out many needs that could arise and was so very thoughtful in many of the accessories. We had a small issue with the hot-tub, which was immediately addressed and did not negatively impact our stay. (Things happen, but it is the response when they do that is important). We would gladly stay at this property again and are already planning our next visit. I highly recommend this property.

Christmas home away from home

This was a halfway point for the family as we traveled from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana, and West Virginia so we could be together for Christmas. We couldn’t have asked for a cleaner home that felt like home. Thank you we hope to be back next year.

Turtle Head's Bike Event

Very nice property and laid out perfectly for large groups. Two driveways, large beds, nice bathrooms and plenty of towels. My only critique would be that they should have normal size blankets/comforters and additional pillows for the two pullout couches.
