Positioned on the east side of the lake, you will enjoy the most memorable sunsets across the lake to the western banks. The property provides three bedrooms with accommodations up to six people (2 Queens, 1 King master). Features: Two and a half bathrooms including a master suite, fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, front porch, camp fire pit, and propane grill. Wi-fi internet provided w/ streaming capabilities; no local cable. A/C Window-units are available in bedrooms and dining/living area, no central air. Hoist is not available for guest use. As a courtesy to our neighbors and neighborhood, please no pets.
A brand new dock puts you right out into the action. The property features a flat topography with no stairs required for lake access and sits off the main road down a private gravel lane with parking up to two vehicles in paved driveway. The setting offers plenty of space for running around with little worry of traffic. The front porch offers sweeping views of the west side of Seneca lake north to the city of Geneva and south to Lodi point.
Within 15 minutes drive to Sampson and Seneca lake state parks. The lake-side road provides wonderful cycling opportunities which connect to Sampson.
Pull onto East Lake Road to join the Seneca lake wine trail with Zugibe Vineyards and Three Brothers Wineries within two miles. We are also within short striking distance to Cayuga lake for further wine and cheese trail activities. Make your evening dining reservations and head for cocktails on lively Linden street in downtown Geneva. Sit back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the sunset around a camp fire. It does not get much better than this!
