    Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

    During your stay, we ask that you please:
    • Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
    • Do not use hair dye of any kind.
    • Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
    • Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
    • Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
    • Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
    • Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
    • Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

The sweetest bungalow

This place was so quaintly put together. My husband and I truly enjoyed it. It was the nicest weekend get away we could've had. Thank you, Sunset rental!

GOTL Loft Space

Everything was really good, a very good area and clean. There were a few dishes i found with food residue, but were most likely from previous residents. Overall a very good stay for GOTL!

Very cozy, cute place

This wonderful upstairs apartment is perfect for two. Bed is very comfortable and the place was very clean. We stayed over Christmas and the area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again

Winter visit

In town for a swimming event , loft was clean , cute and as advertised . Stairs up to it a little treacherous early morning with the ice but that probably cannot be helped . Would happily stay here again .

Enjoyed it very much! We just need a place for an over night before are sons swim meet. We found the location and Loft quite clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We are considering a return stay for fun in the future.

The Loft was nice, the bed comfy however the shower was too small & we are not very big people. The showers on a cruise ship are bigger than that one.

Make sure to bring your shampoo and body wash. (also a large cooking pot and an oven pan) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the area was nice and quiet. People around was super super super super nice and helpful!!!

Wonderful getaway

The property was clean and cute and just perfect for my fiance and I while we spent a weekend away to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I love that Sunset has their own taxi service too. That made everything so much easier. They were very helpful and I will definitely book with them again.

The loft was clean and cozy, we had a great weekend! The electronic lock battery died while we were out and someone came to fix it right away.

Cute loft apartment east of the strip

The view was great. The bed very comfortable and being able to walk across the street for gorgeous sunsets was priceless. We liked to walk so the back roads to the bike path to the strip were perfect. The bathroom was a little tight but space is at a premium there. I would replace the coffeemaker as it leaks daily. Great stay. Just wish we would have had the opportunity to rebook for next summer.

Great place for a getaway.

The apartment is charming and perfect for my specific needs. It was very quiet all week as I had no downstairs neighbors until Friday evening. Loved the location and proximity to the lake and Geneva Township Park. Please note there are seventeen metal steps to climb with luggage so pack light!

Unfortunately my stay at this property was not a positive experience. Upon booking I was aware that there were stairs to the loft. What we were not informed of is that the stairs were a fire escape with an extreme incline. The stairs even shook when being used as well as the ninth step being higher than all the other stairs. My husband and I both felt it was a very unsafe situation and were not comfortable at all with the stairs. We had brought our dog with us, I had to carry my pup up and down the stairs as she could have fallen through the back of the stair. We had planned and paid for a four night stay. We notified the host on the second day that we were not staying any longer due to safety concerns regarding the stairs. I was told by Sunset Properties they would get back to us first thing the following morning. That did not happen. I received an email telling me although we checked out by 11:00am on the second day that they were not willing to to refund us any of the money whatsoever. Also the area that was to be our outside area was overgrown and in poor condition. This area was unusable to say the least. This trip was one big disappointment.

Cozy.

Small and cozy. And very clean. Quiet street setting with a nice view of the lake from two directions. It was nice hearing the waves at night from the upstairs deck. The shower is very small and claustrophobic feeling ( dark shower curtain made it feel smaller.) Parking was close by and off road which is great. Downstairs guests were noisy , but other than that enjoyed our stay and visiting the strip off season was nice . Would like to stay again in Summer .
