Family Fun And Beautiful Views On Lake Erie. Perfect Luxury Condo/Indoor Pool

The condominium is a wonderful get away for a family vacation, girls weekend or the Wine Fest weekend. The private beach is perfectly maintained with beach chairs available. The volleyball nets and fire pits provide fun throughout the day and into the evening. Everyone gathers by the fire for smores and scary stories.
The indoor pool is clean, well maintained and inviting. The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The floor is tile so there is no concern about sand or wet bathing suits. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, armoire, dresser and two night stands. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, night stand and table. The mattresses are one of Levin's best. We have a sectional sleeper sofa in the living room with a double pull out bed. The unit sleeps 6 nicely, but could sleep more if they are little ones.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. We have all the basics such as coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave and we have also provided a George Foreman grill and Magic Bullet for fun meals and quick clean up.
The living room has a large sleeper sectional sofa that can easily and comfortably seat 6 to 8. The entertainment center has a 60' smart TV and a bluray player. The premium cable package includes high definition channels and 4 premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars). A foosball table for a little friendly competition.
We furnished the unit with the goal of providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The views are sensational - second to none. The condo is air conditioned but some nights it is so pleasant to just open the sliding door, and windows and hear the waves and feel the breeze.

RENTAL RULES FOR ALL RENTERS AT LAKE ERIE VISTA
Lake Erie Vista's building is a private residence and "home" to many owners. Lake Erie Vista is not a commercial motel/hotel operation. Each and every homeowner here maintains not only their personal unit, but also the public facilities through HOAC dues. To maintain this property and for the intended safety of all those who live at and rent units at the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association, the Association has adopted the following rules to which you must consent and by which you must abide. By placing your initials in the space provided next to each rule and by placing your signature (s) at the end of this document, you attest that you, those in your rental party, those in your or your rental party's care, custody and/or supervision (including but not limited to minors for whom you or those in your rental party have responsibility as parent or legal guardian) are not only informed of these rules, but will also comply with them in their entirety. These rules are for your benefit, as well as for the benefit of those who permanently reside at Lake Erie Vista.
In these rules, the term renter (s) includes those persons you listed in the rental agreement with the unit owner (s) from whom/which you are renting (i.e. you and those in your rental party) and who will be occupying the rental unit. No outside guests are permitted. Only renters and those who are specifically listed in your rental contract as part of your rental party are permitted to occupy and use the rental unit and Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association facilities (including but limited to) the rented unit, pool, fitness equipment, parking lot and beach/pier.
_______1. Children who are minors must be supervised at all times.
_______2. No child who is a minor is to use the pool, exercise equipment or swim in the lake without adult supervision by a parent or legal guardian.
_______3. Renter(s) must stay within the pier rails and stay off break wall rocks. Jumping/diving off the pier, dangling over the pier rails or playing on break wall is prohibited.
_______4. Renter(s) swim at their own risk(s) in the pool and/or lake. There is no lifeguard provided either for the pool or the lake. Do not dive into the lake or pool. Do not swim without a capable partner or parent/legal guardian and do not swim in the lake when there are white caps on the waves. Before swimming in the lake, be aware of rip currents, undertows and any warnings about dangerous levels of bacteria that may be issued.
_______5. No running is allowed in the building, around the pool, patio or premises.
_______6. Renter(s) risk eviction and forfeiture of all monies deposited if they allow any persons on the premises of Lake Erie Vista other than those occupants listed in your rental agreement.
_______7. Quiet hours are designated from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. within and outside of the building. Please have respect for others concerning voices, television, music and general noise during these hours.
_______8. The pool is open to renters from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
_______9. The cost of any damage done to the property and/or furnishings in both the rental unit and public areas of the building by renter(s) will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. If additional damage beyond the deposit is found, you will be responsible for paying additional damages. You are required to use the facilities, equipment, furnishings and appliances for their intended normal use.
_______10. Smoking within the building or a rental unit by renter(s) is prohibited and will result in a forfeiture of renter(s) damage deposit. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing cigarette butts. Do not throw butts on the beach, Condominium grounds or planters.
_______11. Pets are NOT allowed in rental units, the Condominium Building or premises. Renter(s) will forfeit their damage deposit if they allow a pet onto the grounds.
_______12. A dumpster for trash is provided on the east side of the parking lot. Renter(s) shall not leave trash/garbage bags or other refuse in public areas. Renter(s) may not use waste receptacles in the lobby, entrance, pool or patio for unit trash. Renter(s) must place trash inside the dumpster, not on top of the lids or the surrounding areas. After placing trash in the dumpster, renter(s) shall close the lid.
_______13. Before entering the pool, renter(s) must rinse the sand off their bodies by using the hose provided on the east side of the patio. This will allow others to enjoy a clear and clean pool, as well.
_______14. Parking in the parking lot is limited to two vehicles per rental party; one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. No bailment is created between renter(s) and the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association and/or unit owners with respect to vehicles parked on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the rental unit owner shall be responsible for theft of vehicle or contents, or damage to vehicles/contents.
_______15. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/table(s) and fire pits are provided for your use. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). After use, all beach furniture should be placed up by the breakers in good repair. Please clean up the area that you used.
_______16. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do not sit/straddle, stand upon or jump from the rail. Do not hang towels or any other objects from the rail.
_______17. Hallways must be kept clear. No equipment or bikes can be stored in hallways or in the units that are being rented. Bikes can be locked on the racks provided at the entrance and east side of the building. No bailment is created between the renter(s) and Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association and/or the rental unit owner(s) by placing bikes in the rack (s) provided on the premises. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the Owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for theft or damage to bikes.
_______18. Basket carts and hand trucks (which are convertible to flat trucks) are provided for your convenience. After use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Neither Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association nor the owner(s) of the rental unit shall be responsible for injury to person and/or property (including but not limited to vehicles, boats or trailers) caused by the use of the carts/hand trucks by renter(s).
I have reviewed the rules above, will inform all of those in my rental party of these rules and agree to comply with all of the rules stated above. Failure to abide by rules may result in forfeiture of my security deposit and potential liability for additional damages. By paying through VRBO or HomeAway or others you agree and e-sign.

Great place to spend a weekend! The condo was as pictured. The host was easy to contact. We had no issues getting into the building. We especially loved the balcony views and private beach! It’s a close drive to the strip and many wineries around Geneva.

Wonderful stay. The view of the lake was spectacular from balcony. The protected beach was bonus, almost wish we brought our kiddos, haha. Kitchen had basic amenities to cook. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Location is perfect; not too far from the "strip" but far enough away to not hear noise from events. Did I say the view of lake is spectacular? )Would love to visit again!

Beautiful Island Cando

Beautiful place, super view of the lake. This is a great place for a comfortable relaxing time. Well thought out with all you would need for cooking, and great places to eat not far away. Could sit out and just watch the lake. Would also be a great place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our stay but things could have been better. For starters the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Bugs and spider webs everywhere. We ended up not using it once unfortunately. Glassware in the kitchen was also dirty. We had to rewash anything we wanted to use. Main reason the cleanliness was disappointing is because the host expects you to do a lot of cleanup upon checkout and you are subject to additional cleaning fees if you don’t follow the instructions. The host states that the cleaning crew is short staffed and we have to help them. If we have to do half their work why am I being charged a cleaning fee? The condo is also monitored with a sound device that the host claims does not record voices just monitors sound and alerts the staff if we’re too loud. This isn’t stated anywhere in the listing by the way. Lastly the code to get into the building was changed two days into our stay and the host never bothered to inform us. We had to wait 20 minutes to get inside until someone thankfully saw us outside and opened the door and told us there was a new code. I didn’t bother contacting the host to give us the code because the previous time I contacted them it took them nearly 24 hours to respond. Lastly, on our last day we met a woman who owns some of the other condos in the building and she essentially told us we were severely overcharged for our room. She told us she could have rented us a larger condo for hundreds of dollars less than we were charged.

Awesome Condo

Wonderful lakefront condo with spectacular views & amenities. Close to everything! Take a 15 minute drive to Ashtabula Harbor and 25 minute trip to Conneaut Ohio to see the park & lighthouse. Lots of great food choices, too! Alessandros, Mary's Diner in Geneva, & Ferrante Winery to name a few we sampled.

An excellent retreat

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Loved the views of the water, and even saw an eagle fly by. Everything was just as described, if not better. I only wish I'd realized that "basic soaps" does not include shampoo. Otherwise, everything we could need was supplied, and the space itself was perfect for a pastors' retreat. Thank you!

relaxing stay in perfect condo

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean ,comfortable and beautifully decorated. More spacious than I anticipated. Beds were very comfortable. Entire complex is well maintained. It was great to sit on the balcony on the comfy patio furniture and drink coffee in the morning looking at the lake. Beautiful colors at sunset. We would definitely stay again!

A Great Condo

Despite an initial problem the cleaning of the condo our stay was outstanding. Not only did the cleaners not show up as expected they neglected to inform the owner. once we informed the owner she qickly resolved the problem. In addiron the owner rebatedthe cleaning fee for our inconvenience. the owner from start to finish was gracious ad easy to deal with. The condo was as advertised with a well equipped kitchen, comfort beds, plus all the other amenties expected of a condo in this price range. finally we intend to rent this condo again in the spring.
