Located right on the Rast End of the strip and Lake Erie. Beach access and access to Pool at sister property across the street.

Almost There

The place is unique, being above a motel. It was quiet and clean but seems unfinished. The beds didn't fit the headboards. There should be 2 nightstands in each room. The common bathroom needs more towel bars, including one for the hand towel. The lights in the hallway are at eye-level and are blinding when they're on. The closet with extra bath towels had no light. There was no WiFi information even though the TV was clearly on WiFi.

Close to great

Positive things: The location is perfect. The view is absolutely amazing! Lisa appears to be committed to making this a positive experience for anyone who chooses to stay at this location. She was kind and very reasonable. Needs work: The place could use a deep clean. I wouldn’t call it dirty but it could use some tlc. The bed frame/headboard in the main bedroom made a lot of noise any time either of us moved even a little bit. Bad: The check in process was a nightmare, primarily because there weren’t any clear instructions provided. We spoke to people going into their room and they instructed us that we had to go up the street to check in. They said they couldn’t figure it out either. The woman checking us in didn’t have our reservation initially and she seemed very confused. I would highly recommend a more streamlined check in process. An emailed code would be extremely helpful to bypass the inconvenience of driving up the street to check in. This was not the way we wanted our trip to start but overall it ended up being a nice evening. If it weren’t for Lisa I’m not sure we would consider staying here again. But the combination of her kindness and the beautiful view makes it difficult to stay elsewhere. We will be back.

good and with a few changes it could be great

This condo has a wonderful view, nicely updated, with a nice deck public deck by the water and a small beach area where you can swim, and located right on the strip! Overall our stay was pretty good! There are just a few things that need addressed and this could be great! The floors throughout were dusty/dirty to the point that you had to wash our feet before bed or wear shoes the whole time. The floors should be moped between each stay. The kitchen was equipped with literally anything you could need except a microwave! Getting a small microwave would make it a perfectly complete kitchen! There were tons of clean bath towels/hand towels/wash rags for us to use which was great. But the place comfortably sleeps 8. I’m not sure why the listing says 10 unless they expect people to sleep on the love seats and non pull out couch. Although there is plenty of room for an air mattress which would solve that is you have 10. Also the keypad on the door was faulty and it took us multiple attempts to get in each time. The deck was really nice with nice chairs and even though it’s for anyone in the condo or motel to use we had it all to ourselves! The beach area is small but nice overall. But there are hazards like rusted metal pieces around the steps coming down that need addressed and also a railing as they are very steep and awkward. But like I said overall is was good and we would likely stay again!
