• The newly built apartment "Igelring 18" is located in the 1st. First floor with direct, beautiful forest view from her own balcony.  You will find in the 42 square meter apartment continue a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and toilet and a spacious kitchen living in front. In the separate bicycle shed we have provided 2 bicycles for you.  The bedroom we have equipped with a 160 cm double bed with 2 high quality, allergy-friendly quality mattresses and 2 brand duvets and pillows. Bedding is however to bring from you and unfortunately can not be provided by us. In the kitchenette you will find a fully equipped kitchen before u. a. with fridge and integrated freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven-microwave combination, as well as extensive dishes and cooking equipment.  The living room we have equipped you with a comfortable Sofaeckgarnitur. There is also a high-quality flat-screen TV and a radio-CD combination. Surely you will find more amenities that we can not all list here. The modern apartment is equipped according to the latest housing standard with triple glazing of the windows and underfloor heating, which is operated by a heat pump. The windows are equipped with insect screens and can be darkened with pleated blinds.

Arrive, switch off and enjoy - where the sea meets the forest. Look forward to our newly furnished, modern and high-quality non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with beautiful forest views and is accessible via a separate external staircase. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, has underfloor heating and towel warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker and oven / microwave. In the living room you will find a cozy sitting area, a high-quality TV, radio / CD. You spend the nights in a cozy comfort double bed. Before you enjoy the beautiful afternoon and evening sun on your separate balcony overlooking the forest. Important: Please bring towels and bed linen! (Double bed: 1.60 x 2.00 m - 2 mattresses) Note: Due to the current construction activities in the park are harassment by dust and noise possible!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
