Welcome to our dog-friendly and wheelchair-accessible vacation rental in a quiet location right on the Dortmund-Ems Canal (a 2-minute walk). Not only people, but dogs are also expressly welcome here.

The ground-floor apartment offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation with your dog. Right outside the door, there are extensive walking and biking trails along the canal—perfect for long walks with your dog.

The accessible vacation rental, which sleeps up to 6 people, features a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a small additional room with a loft bed, which is well-suited for children.

A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, an additional guest restroom, and the large dining area are also part of your vacation home. The terrace invites you to relax, even after a long walk.

Built in 1934 as a stable and later expanded into a residence, the building is situated between the Dortmund-Ems Canal and the railroad tracks, the last house before the fields. The location is absolutely idyllic between Meppen and Lingen on the Ems River. Due to its location, train noise can be heard inside the house.

The property is not completely fenced in; one side of the lot is bordered by a stream.

The accommodations are ideal for couples, small families, and anyone who wants to spend a relaxing getaway in nature with their dog.

Bedding and towels are provided. Toiletries such as toilet paper are also available. The patio in front of the house is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the vacation rental; the backyard, which includes playground equipment and a trampoline, is available for shared use. Bicycles can be stored in a dry area.
