Our guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome pack in the form of a tea, coffee and basic spices package.



The Space:

Nowa Motława SPA 38 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, stylish, well-equipped and incredibly comfortable. It is distinguished by a great location and an even better view of the river. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. We have prepared 3 separate rooms at their disposal. The master bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed, TV. a place to work and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, TV, work area and wardrobe. An additional place to sleep is a fold-out sofa in the living room connected with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The apartment has two bathrooms - with a shower and a bathtub. Additional space is provided by two balconies overlooking the Motława River - the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink.



Guest Access:

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.



A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone, consisting of a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Its use is subject to an additional charge and is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building put into use a few years ago. The entire investment is located on Wyspa Spichrzów, which is experiencing a real revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
