今まで世界中のホテルに泊まりましたが、サービスは良くありませんでした。 ホテルからの情報がいっさい来ないため、自ら島に行くための船の時間や金額を問い合わせしないといけません。 工事をしていたため、船の乗り場も分かりづらく、暑い中でだいぶ迷いました。乗り場でホテルのチェックインを行いましたが、説明は無し。とりあえずサインを書かせられます。 早くにホテルに着きましたが、ウェルカムドリンクを受け取っただけで、部屋に入れる時間や今後の話については全くされませんでした。 自然の中にホテルがあるため、落ち葉や波打ち際にゴミなどが溜まってしまうことは理解出来ます。しかしながら、掃除をするという概念がありません。朝に一往 復牛を連れて大きなゴミを集めるだけ。プールは風の流れで端に溜まった枝や葉を3-4時間に1度掬うだけ。プールの底に溜まった枝や葉、プールサイドの机や椅子に溜まる花や葉っぱはそのままです。スタッフはさまざまな場所に座っているだけでした。 ...
