Me and my wife came here to honeymoon and we were so amazed by how clean and nice they were here. We are definitely coming back and it was such a beautiful place here. Everywhere is closed here so that really helps. This is worth checking out!!

The staff was amazing! Friendly and welcoming! Answers all your questions, decent location! Street parking is available but hard to find. Shower was fun, but the water leaks into the room. Other than that, there’s a pool table in the lobby, and cute little restaurant at the front.

The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

Based on all of the reviews, this hotel was supposed to be nice. The facilities are slightly dated, but still a decent option. That said, we checked in, showered and went to dinner. When we came back to the room there was a giant roach in the bathroom. I’ve never seen a bug that big. They did the right thing and upgraded us to a nicer room in a different building. They called and texted to check on us making sure everything went well. I was pleased and probably would have wrote this review. Then the day we were set to check out, I come back to our 2nd room and there was another giant roach. At that point we were over it. I’ve stayed in 50 different hotels and never had this happen; let alone twice. Staff was nice about it but no amount of extra towels and chocolates can cover up roaches.
