Rental of this Cottage includes access to the Chalet Village Owners Club with swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail ping pong and foosball table and playground for the kids.

Nice place, very adequate for our needs. Host is amazing. Clean but could use a deep cleaning. Carpet has staining. That said, i would still recommend this place. Its great! Loved being able to see the bear family too.

The cabin was nice could use a new cleaning service but loved seeing the bears of a morning walk thru the yard .. this morning they came up by the hot tub on the porch and we watched from the patio doors ... we had a great family weekend.

Great property

Home was exactly as described. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a great time. We all had fun with the pool table and video games. It took a little getting used to the steep inclines getting to the house, but after a few days it was like second nature. Every morning we got to see a differently family of bears on the property which made for some great photos.

Clean home, easy check-in, good location and responsive host. I recommend the property to families, we enjoyed the pool table and gamin console, was warned about bears and got to see a few curious guys. Were had a great stay!

Enjoyable stay. So convenient to both Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg. Easy trip to Pigeon Forge using the bypass around Gatlinburg. Bedrooms were spacious. Furniture simple but sufficient. Appreciated the different coffee pots available. Restroom counters on the small side, but not an issue. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of adventures. It was neat to see the Ober Gatlinburg gondola fly past in the distance on occasion. A few finishes could use some freshening, but the home was a great value and great time. Owner communication was quick and easy. Got right in upon arrival.

Enjoyed it

We liked the property, it was difficult to get there because of the roads leading up the mountain. But overall the house worked well to facilitate our trip. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive. I recommend it of you're in the area.

Considering the price this place was to be expected. It’s kind of up to date and out of date at the same time. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Never saw the pool or information regarding it, but it was a little too chilly to enjoy a pool anyway. The drive up the mountain scared my wife, but it was really close to everything considering. I had to re-wash the dishes because they were dirty and they put away. Also left dirty dishes in the machine from the previous stay. The beds were comfortable and much appreciated but no TV in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. The living room couch bed was one the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve ever sat on. Also not really much seating for a family of five to watch a movie in the living area. Overall for the price not a total write off but a few improvements could’ve commanded more money.

we had so much fun! Seen 4 bears at the house for the weekend stay! Beautiful house and very well kept. Wonderful host. Will deff be back! 10 out of 10!

This is a lovely property. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. When we weren't down the mountain enjoying all that Gatlinburg has to offer, we lounged in the hot tub and watched movies on the big screen TV. The property is very large, with plenty of room. Walter was responsive and helpful.All in all, a great experience.

Bears and fun

We enjoyed our stay overall. We seen bears in the driveway & all around the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the hot tub & pool table. Only downfall is it could’ve been cleaner. Definitely need a new cleaning service.

Hiking in Great Smoky Mountains

The place is as advertised. The living space and kitchen are a bit smaller than they look in the photos. Cooking was interesting, as the pots and utensils were minimal (for doing lots of your own cooking). That has been communicated to the owner, and they noted that they would get some in.We did see bears twice. It is very convenient to the park and Gatlinburg, at least if there isn't snow (we were there in May) as the roads and driveway are very steep. The hot tub was very welcome after long hikes The stay was wonderful overall.

Loved location, cabin host is awesome just needs a better cleaning crew needs updating but still wonderful!!! The cleaning crew will cause people to think twice I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned and dusted I hope cleaning crew will do better this is a wonderful place to stay I will go back!! Bear sitting everyday mama and babies came to cabin be sure to lock doors they will get in
