The location of the house is excellent. it is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The driveway to pull into the property is insanely steep. Something needs to be done, its downright dangerous. The house looks nice from the outside, but leaves a lot to be desired upon closer examination. The floors in the common areas and bathrooms were covered with dirt and dead stink bugs. There were also live ants all over the house. The inside stairs are also ridiculously steep. Anyone with any mobility issues will have a very hard time. The gas fire pit was not operational. The hot tub did not work until it was fixed the day before we left. There were alarms on the doors to the pools that were unable to be shut off or put on inactive mode. The directions that were left for the alarms didn't even match the units that were installed. The sliding doors leading to the outside area were off the track and nearly impossible to open. The handles on the inside and outside were broken off or loose.The second floor common area/game room was nice and had beautiful windows showing a great view of the mountains. The game room was fun and had everything needed for the games except pool chalk for the pool cues. The internet and WIFI was a huge issue the whole time. The free access WIFI never worked. After calling for assistance they moved us to a new network that worked sporadically and made it impossible to stream or download anything.All around very disappointed.
