The cabin itself was perfect. The location was great. Exactly what we were wanting. Had a few bear encounters that were exiciting to say the least. Hot tub was awesome. We were able to enjoy it despite rain. Super clean inside. However, for the sake of future guests the spectacular view wasnt so spectacular due to saplings blocking most of the view (which was advertised in your listing). The heart shaped tub filled and held water but was never able to turn on the jets. I emailed about the tub and got no response. The wifi info needs updated in the cabin. The issues we found were not complete deal breakers for us. We still gladly give a 5 star review. Would definitely consider returning.

Everything was perfectly advertised. The property was extremely secluded and the view was beautiful. The cabin was well maintained and in great shape. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually added another night at the end of our stay.

Secluded Cabin with a view

Really enjoyed to cabin. *Clean, stocked, AC worked well, shower was good. *Bed was comfy although it seemed I stuck to the sheet, maybe there is a protective sheet under the main sheet.*The view was really nice but a little nit is the plants are getting a little tall and imposing on the view perhaps trim them down a bit.*Saw a bear our first morning there rather large black bear. That was cool.*Would stay again.TV and wifi worked fine. The instruction book references an old router and password. Chris/Manager responded quickly to my request for current PW.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this near perfect cabin. The location and view was perfect. Very secluded but close to everything you need. Food City is less than 10 minutes away and is an excellent store.It's a little bit of a climb to get there but not bad after a time or two. The cabin was immaculate but I agree with a previous review about the washer and dryer being noisy but it's not a deal breaker. Also, be prepared to bring ice as there is no ice maker, only a six cubed tray.The hot on the deck was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. This is a perfect secluded getaway for a couple or single person. Just wish we could have brought our small dog but we understand.Don't hesitate to book here. Seamless check it and out and excellent communication from the owner. It's a great place for a good price. We will stay again if we decide to visit Gatlinburg in the future.

Graduation celebration for my finance

The view of the mountains was great and the sunrises right outside the window the bed faces. the cabin was very clean. The king size bed is amazing and I loved the seclusion. The grill and hot tub are awesome to have. The towel decorations were a very nice touch as well.

Private, Clean, Easy

Super easy check in, got code before hand and just had to pull up. Clean and smelled nice. I was even happier with it in person, it’s bigger than it appears in the photos! Super private and tucked away. Chris was super attentive and made sure all was well our whole stay! Highly recommend for an easy process

Short vacation

Everything was great only two downfall that I noticed. First was very loud washer and dryer outdated. Secondly was the jets did not work in the inside tub.

Very relaxing …..highly recommend

Beautiful view. The hot tub was very clean Cabin is clean and enough space for two without feeling cramped. Well maintained. Attentive host. Great location. Feel tucked away but can quickly be down the mountain to restaurants and shopping. Other cabins are nearby but the way each is positioned and among the trees…..very private.

Perfect Get Away!

This is the perfect get away stay for a couple! Very secluded but still minutes from town. Great views and wildlife (saw a blad eagle from the porch and had turkeys in the driveway)! Dealing with the property manager (Chris) was fantastic, I could tell he cares about the property and the renters! We're looking for to returning!

Do NOT give this company your money! I reached the word limit but this wasn't even half our problems

I am truly upset at how this vacation went. Me and my husband wanted to spend our 3 day honeymoon at this cabin, and it was not at all what we expected. The owners are terrible. We checked in and the wifi wasn't working nor was the tv. I messaged the owner about both of these issues as well as how unsafe the cabin felt due to the complete lack of lights on the road leading to as well as near the cabin. The owner never messaged me back, I contacted vrbo because we felt so unsafe, we were willing to check into a hotel for the rest of our stay so we would not have to deal with the problems at the cabin. Vrbo attempted to contact the host as well, and he did not respond. Hours later I finally got a response telling me what the wifi password was; the password was not the issue, the issue was the fact that the wifi was not an option to connect to. I explained to him our other problems and he told me everything should be working, with the concern about the lights he stated "We rent this cabin almost everyday of the year I’m Chris the owner I own the entire road" and then began telling me this could not be happening because everything works perfectly. He then told me maintenance could show up the following day before noon. The following day, no one had showed up by noon. I then constantly asked the host when maintenance would arrive, as we would like to have started our vacation. I told them not to show up when we weren't there, and he said he wouldn't show up per my request.

Perfect Little Cabin

This was the perfect little cabin for a quick mountain getaway! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there, and the view of the mountains from the deck is absolutely stunning! Loved our stay here, plan to return on our next trip to the Smokies!
