La suite principal del nivel de entrada principal cuenta con una cama king size, bañera de hidromasaje y baño principal. Con el teatro de nivel inferior y la sala de juegos junto a otra suite principal con baño privado.



    Para su comodidad, esta cabaña está equipada con una lavadora / secadora, un lavaplatos y una cocina completa con ollas y sartenes. Hay asientos cómodos para 6 en el nivel principal, 8 en el nivel inferior y 6 en el área de loft del nivel superior.

Fantastic getaway spot for extended family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got to the cabin after a full day of driving. Room for our two adult children to have their own suite away from us. Room to gather for breakfast and plan daily excursions. Easy 10 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Clean comfortable rooms. Hot tub was a must after a day of hiking.

The cabin was lovely and very convenient to Gatlinburg. The pool table and hot tub were big bits. The cabin next door, however, has a pickleball court, and there are no quiet hours in the neighborhood, leading to late night pickleball games that kept our family awake. We spoke to the party staying there as well as the rental company, but nothing was successful in keeping the noise down prior to midnight.

Could use a good deep cleaning a outdoor grill is in bad shape need to upgrade cooking and baking pans on a muffin pan for the oven no pizza pan no sheet pan for cooking pizza and bread and some small nitpick things but overall really nice. I did find a little better place for about 20% cheaper so I will keep that in mind my next trip to Gatlinburg in about three months.

Things you should know.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was overall good but there are some things i wish i had known in advance. I was messaged an hour or 2 before checkin that it was delayed by 1.5 hours. We were already on our way with small children. When i asked if there was a discount applied for running into the time i paid for the answer was no. When we got to the cabin, the basement stunk. No idea why. The theater system never worked for us. Realized cords were not plugged in but was not messing with anything at that point. The beds were not very comfortable. Had a couple people choosing to sleep on couches instead. And for a house this size with as many beds and bathrooms as it has, the water pressure was the worst ive seen in a very long time. It barely worked to begin with and if anyone touched the water anywhere else it would cause it to barely dribble out. Keep that in mind if you have multiple people getting ready or in the kitchen while showering. It could use an overall deep clean as well. It was roomy enough for all of us and overall we had a good trip. Nothing here was too serious or would keep me from staying. Just some things to keep in mind.

It was a great experience, the cabins was very clean, everything worked the way it should, and the check in check out was very quick and time saving. We stayed during one of the colder times (about 10 degrees below the average winter temp) and the cabin was able to kept very warm and comfortable.

Not being able to lower the air past 70 kinda stinks because the lower level room was very hot. You definitely can hear EVERY move people make.

Family Vacation

This cabin is a fantastic option for a group. We had so much fun watching a movie in the theater room and playing pool and games. Only downside is the wooden floors carry sound. If you have active children (or adults) bring earplugs to sleep.

There were two issues the ice machine and water dispenser on the refrigerator was broken and they were unable to fix during our stay. Also there was an issue with the home theater, my grandson was not able to use. Other then those two issues, we were satisfied with the cabin and location.

We had a total of 9 people and it was plenty of room for us all. Oh and the hot water was endless! We was all able to shower and/bathe and had plenty of hot water for us all. I never stayed in a place that was like that. The property management company was awesome and checked on us. They were more than happy to answer my questions and responded quickly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really like the resort location. It’s close to Food City and Gatlinburg but still secluded in the quiet of the mountains. This property was a disappointment and we would not rent this unit again. The layout of the house was very poor. The kitchen is TINY. The bedrooms are directly over each other so every footstep on those wooden floors is quite loud to whoever is below you. Even moving around in bed can be heard on the level below you. So, basically, you can’t move around in bed unless you want everyone in the house to know about it. There are only 3 bathrooms and the one on the main level has no door. Do I really need to explain this? The space to park is very small. 2 cars max. The house was extremely dirty. On the first night there, white socks turned black very quickly. There was dust and dirt everywhere I looked. The only thing the cleaning staff does is wipe off counters and clean the toilets because everywhere else was dusty and dirty. Windows and mirrors filthy. The lighting in this unit is very poor. Everything in this unit is dated. TV remotes had tape holding the back covers on etc etc. The only real complaint we had about the last unit we rented was the cleanliness so the common denominator seems to be the cleaning staff. To add insult to injury, when you first walk in you are greeted by an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning staff. That is a very bad joke. The furniture is very worn and not comfortable. The grill did work but was very dirty like you would find at a park. Water pressure in ALL the showers was absolutely terrible. I could go on..............

Bad experience. No recommend!

I reserved the cabin 1935 Elk Sprint- Mountain Magic and the condition was horrible, when we arrived at the cabin there was no water, we had to wait 3 hours to solve that problem, the 1st night we were very cold because the heater had problems, on the 2nd day too We had problems with the water again, the cabin was super dirty. the barbecue was super dirty and there was food from other customers
