  • This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Unit 308 in Park Place Condos in Gatlinburg TN was better than the pictures! Very cozy, clean 2br, 2ba condo on the river with a balcony. I highly recommend this condo. One of the best Christmases ever. Wish we would've had snow but that's okay.

Great location, great price

Great location! We were able to walk to all of our activities, and didn't have to fight traffic when we drove into the park. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Million dollar views of the creek and forest

The balcony led to wonderful views and the great tinkling sound of the running water. Everything was just fine for two adults!!

Great location

Very clean. Easy check in and check out process. View from the balcony was perfect. Condo is walking distance to the main strip. Only downfall was the pool and hot tub is in the shade which made for a super chilly swim. Overall it’s a great place to stay. Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice stay overall. The location is perfect! On the river and in town, but on a street that isn't busy. The pool was nice for the hot evenings. I also liked the parking. However, I felt like the condo itself was outdated- which I can look past. What really bothered me was the dirt. The surfaces were clean, but you could literally see the dirt in the carpet. The bedding was not the cleanest either, and I found hair in the shower.

Very Nice Place

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. I had a question and emailed the property a few hours before our arrival. I received a response almost immediately. The location of the room was excellent. Beautiful view of the river/woods. The condo seems well built, with thick walls and floors/ceilings, so our condo was very quiet despite it being a busy fall weekend. The location is excellent - about a block from the strip with several restaurants, a small grocery, and liquor and wine stores nearby. The property is a little dated but the perfect location and quietness of the rooms definitely made it worth it. A couple of minor inconveniences- the coffee maker is traditional, not a k-cup brewer. Every vacation condo we've stayed in had a k-cup brewer so we ended up needing to go out to buy ground coffee. There was no shampoo/conditioner, which is also something that has been provided at every other vacation rental we've stayed in. The comforter and pillow shams didn't smell bad, but they didn't smell as though they're washed between guests either. There's only enough hot water to fill the deep tub to just above the jets, so I didn't get the deep, luxurious bath I had hoped for. Everything else was clean and overall we were very happy with our stay. We plan on staying here again in the future.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The website shows hot tub and gas fireplace in every condo. I traveled in October. The hot tub was closed-weird fall and winter are huge hot tub times in the mountain area. The fireplace didn’t work. I called the day of my arrival, they said someone would come turn it on the next day (I guess they turn off the gas most of the year) the next day. No one came my entire stay to them it on. The screen door to the bedroom was missing, the one for family room was broken. Many of the plates were covered in mold. The closet had boxes of paint cans stored in there. There is not a grill anywhere on property. I expressed my disappointment . Not even an apology. I will go back to my usual Gatlinburg resort next visit. They had no vacancies this trip so I tried something new. We used paper products after seeing the state of the plates. So sad

Some of your rooms are better than others. The issue with this condo comes down to being clean. At first glance it might look good but if you pull back the curtains or look behind a dresser you will find dust and dirt that make a stay unpleasant.
