  • This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom also has one king bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. The host responded quickly to questions. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the view of the river and creek and woods.

Great Location!

Condo is in need of updating but the location was terrific! Beds were comfortable, easy walk to downtown and the balcony next to the river was great!

Nice trip

My family of three went to Gatlinburg for the weekend. This place was in a great location. Very close to the Gatlinburg trail and is on the river. Lots of people were catching and releasing rainbow trout. It was about a half mile walk to the Starbucks if that is a familiar point to anyone. The condo was clean and put together. It is a bare bones place. If you like to cook or make your own coffee you will need to pack spices and the coffee. I did not check the amenities well enough before we left. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. We had a lovely trip .

Even though the condo we originally had rented had some issues discovered prior to our arrival... we really enjoyed our stay in 107. Our family has stayed at Park Place for many years and it is always the first place we think of when we come to visit the Smokies! The condos are very clean and that is EXTREMELY important to me. The only suggestion I have is that there needs to be some updating to the condos. Just replacing the 90's hunter green carpet would improve the condo TREMENDOUSLY! It's a simple change but because we have always found the condos to be clean, that little change would make a huge improvement! However, we will continue to stay at Park Place. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! We truly love Park Place and hope to come back soon! It has been too long since our last visit to the mountains and we realized this trip how much we really missed visiting Gatlinburg. We will definitely return to Park Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I had a 3 night stay here in late November 2022. We really enjoyed this condo - it was clean and well-kept. Nothing fancy, but we were very comfortable here. We loved the fireplace, and even though it was too cold to sit on the balcony, we enjoyed the view of the river. The kitchen is well-stocked if someone would want to cook. Each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The bathroom shower door did not close very well - I had to pull the little ledge at the bottom of the door to get it to stay closed. I read on a review that someone didn’t use the shower because of this, so maybe that tip will help someone. The location is wonderful - we could walk to our favorite restaurants, and if we wanted to get around traffic in town, we had easy access to the bypass. The only negative I could say is that the beds are VERY firm. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and we used those under the sheet to soften the beds somewhat, and the pillows are very firm as well. Donna at the front desk is very helpful. We would stay here again.

More than imagined!

Location to the Smokeys wasconvenient without getting in traffic. Came in through the foothills so missed Pigeon Forge traffic. Easy entrance to Park bypass so never got caught up in Gatlinburg traffic. Creek was right outside our patio. My brother-in-law doesn't impress easily but wants to stay same place again. Price was more than reasonable. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to have a hearty breakfast every morning. Especially nice having washer/dryer. Reaxing on patio with my Sis was priceless!
